Beautiful Riverfront House — Screened Lanai, Pool, Private Dock & Pet‑Friendly!

The pool solar heater was not working properly. When it was turned on it registered 80, but was a lot colder than that. My son worked on pools while he was in college and said it lookes like a sensor problem, and the sensor was not reading the pool temperature. We had a good time, but were unable to swim, so it was real disappointing. I did text the VRBO people several times.

Exactly what we looked for. Pool was nice. Quiet and clean

The house is located in a great neighborhood close to the beach and all the local shopping. Clean and comfortable. Loved lazy days by the heated pool and pier, saw a manatee and her babies in the river. Home doesn’t have laundry soap, extra garbage bags or enough TP and could use a beach cooler and a fishing pole all would have been great to have. Regardless we will be back to Brayden West for our second second wind

We loved the pool and the dock. Our kids fished and caught a lot of fish. We saw so much wildlife from the peer manatee, dolphins, sting ray and fish. The house was big enough for everyone to sit together and play games or enjoy the pool. Great house. Great location.

Great location. Accommodated our group of 8 comfortably. Home could use some updating/upkeep but met our needs.

The living room couch the foot rest didn’t work only two mirrors one in each bathroom I had to wait until the bathroom was free to put my make up on only one television wanted to go and stretch in my bed to watch TV but couldn’t shower curtain and one of the bathrooms I notice was in the garbage can we were asked to replace Because it would’ve taken longer for someone to get there overall, the place just needs to be updated

Great location with amenities. Great spot to relax with a big family

The pool, view, kayaking, fishing, bedrooms, location, neighborhood, maintenance, bikes 10/10 The house could use some maintenance. Screens were popped out of door, sliding screen was broken, couches we’re comfortable but reclines did not work. Pots and pans in kitchen were useless. The tefal was all damaged so we could not cook as planned. The neighbors were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Having your coffee in the morning outside 10/10 TV a little hard to figure out and I wish they had a mirror and more lighting in second bedroom. Maintenance that came to fix some repairs while we were there were very nice. It stunk that we lost about 5 hours of vacation time and you would not extend check out for us an extra hour. I have 3 teenagers and with the pool, kayaks, fishing and location to beaches and other things they really enjoyed themselves as did the adults. If you need to relax and unwind I would definitely stay just know somethings need some TLC

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood but close to all things Cocoa Beach. Very clean and comfortable for the whole family. We had a great stay and loved manatee watching from the dock.
