    This place was perfect for what we needed. Everything was very clean. The view from the dock is amazing, I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning We brought our kayaks an put them in off the dock, however, it was a little tricky getting in and out at low tide. We were able to use the boat lift to get them back out of the water. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

    I will start with the good things about this place. Very clean, nice property, quiet with a good location. Great communication with manager or owner. She was very nice. The things that really were aggravating was when we booked this place it said “entire home”. However, it was only bottom level. I did go back and read and did see where that was stated. There were a lot of outdoor cameras. I get it, but goodness, I felt like there was no privacy. The owner of the property was there for the first 3 nights. I understand things happen out of our control, but we could’ve been notified of this situation and booked somewhere else. Or maybe a little refund. Instead there was a basket on the kitchen table with a few snacks in it and a card stating the situation and I guess the food offering was supposed to make this ok. It was just awkward and pretty much had the start of my vacation not so great. We hardly knew she was there, but still. The remotes were zip tied to cutting boards making it hard to really even watch tv and change channels. We were there for 7days and 6 nights with only 2 rolls of toilet paper(cheap).. so you know we ran out. Was not provided enough towels without washing them. No one wants to do laundry on vacation. The bed and couch were uncomfortable. My husband and I are easy simple people. We hardly have anything bad to say. Just let things go and move on. But I don’t want someone else to be in this situation in the future.

    Wonderful property right on Bon Secour River away from traffic. Serene and quiet. Hosts are great and accommodating. Poole & Associates is a great agency to rent this unit.
