Beautiful renovated 3 bedroom apt near Boston.

Property was great! Bed were comfortable and every was in great condition. I would definitely come back again.

The property was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 6 It was clean and communication was easy with the host.

My only complaint is that there needs to be more necessities. There was only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for a week.

Nice property and location. A couple of minor concerns include the tight bathroom door had a non working lock. Also, only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for 6 people for 3 days. So we had to buy our own.

Did not have blender, laundry room not in unit also had bugs in the apt. No iron. Bathroom door gets stuck. Air condioner was set to 62 all the time.

I rented this for visiting family and it was perfect! So clean. Perfect set up. Will definitely rent again in the future! They were so great to work with and responded to my questions very very quickly.

Lovely, modern and upgraded apartment just minutes away from downtown. Lot's of comfortable sleeping. One bathroom with very nice shower. Dedicated parking a plus as street parking gets crowded!! Apartment is the first floor unit with shared laundry outside second floor unit (very tight staircase to access upstairs laundry). Close to shopping, grocery, etc. Lots of delivery and takeout options in the area including a newly reopened ice cream shop just a few blocks walk down the street. Great AC kept temps comfortable during a July heat wave for five of us adults. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This was a perfect space for our family of 7 (grandparents, parents, teens and tween). It was easy to find, had great parking accessibility, and was a great location for our day trips to Boston and Salem.

This was a great place to stay, in a nice neighborhood next to a park. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed.

Our stay was nice. The location was great for our needs. The place was a great size and a well stocked kitchen. We were disappointed with the quality of certain things such as one of the beds which slanted to the middle so we found ourselves rolling into each other during the night and incredibly thin pillows. All in all it was a good stay.

This Apt. Accomadated the six of us. It was spotless clean. The beds were very nice and comfy with plenty of extra blankets if needed. It was very handy to have the washer /dryer also. 1 bathroom is a little tightwith6 peoplebutwe made it work. The only Complaint we have is the tight parking space, there was barely enough room to park our Suv in the drivewy as well as backing out onto the street.All in all we had a great time, Thank you Priscilla

We went to see the World Figure Skating Championships at TD Garden. Perfect home base and great location close to the T (metro). The property was lovely and very clean. Thank you!

Very clean and quiet home. Convenient to downtown and great neighborhood. Loved the park across the street for our dog. Beautiful interior. Will definitely stay there again.

We’re a band from Jersey. We play at Ned Devines and The Harp in Boston a few times a year. As a band, budgeting is crucial. Housing 4 people can be super expensive. This property has a great price point allowing some money left over in the budget to buy groceries at a close by grocery store. We were able to check in, go to the gym together, grocery shop, and relax, all before heading to the venue to check in. Finding a place with a clean safe neighborhood for parking our vehicles and feeling secure in an unfamiliar area is crucial as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean, and very accommodating to for 4 people. Very cozy spot, easy check in, and check out, and very simplistic rules. Would very much like to stay here again.

Super clean apartment within a great radius of Boston and the airport. The beds were very soft which was great for some of our party and not great for the rest. The one bathroom is a little cumbersome for larger parties like ours but we made it work. The TVs didn’t have WiFi, which was a little disappointing but otherwise, this was a great experience with a host who communicated quickly when we had questions. Thank you!

We loved this house, it was very clean and cozy. Nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything you need. We really enjoyed it.

We spent three days in Boston visiting the city and Salem. This was a great location. The apartment was very quiet and the amenities were great. A bonus was the private parking spot. There were four grandparents who felt very safe here. Thank you. If I can make a suggestion it would have be nice to have list of restaurants and grocery stores.

I, my husband and child, and my parents stayed for over a week to visit Salem and Boston. This was the perfect place to stay in between the two cities! My child loved playing at the park just across the street almost every night. The neighborhood felt safe, and the apartment was very roomy and comfortable!

Very convenient! We drive to Fenway Park and to the Freedom Trail, each only took about 20 minutes from the house! A beautiful park across the street from the house is where our kids played soccer, tossed a frisbee, and did some running. There is also a splash pad there on warmer days! We walked to get some pizza. Many food locations within walking distance. Great stay! Highly recommend for families!!

My wife and my dog were visiting Boston and Salem. This place was very clean and the owner was very courteous to have us. The neighborhood was nice and we felt very safe our entire time there.
