The photos online do not represent the quality of this home.There was a strong odor of urine, the upstairs master bedroom sheets were not clean, and the master shower broke on the second night.This was my first time ever using VRBO, I so wish I would’ve read the reviews of this home before securing it.I relied on the pictures which was a mistake.

We liked the location. Way too many stairs for us. It was not clear to us just how many stairs there was. It would have been nice to have some more comfortable seating on top floor. We had a couple of us that had seriou mobility issues

Master Bathroom: shower would'nt turn off completely and was dirty upon arrival.Master Bedroom: screen on door was loose and blood stains on pillow sham.Kitchen: pans were difficult to cook with as all food got stuck even with cooking spray.Fireplace is on vrbo as amenities but sign said not to use.Patio: bbq was disgusting upon arrival had old chicken stuck all over the grill. Chairs are rusted and dirty.

Good location easy to get around.

This is a great house, but the property manager needs to pay more attention to the property. There are spiders (inside and outside), stains on some sheets, and the upstairs patio was a mess when we arrived. The spiders and sheets had been flagged by other guests in the reviews, but I'd just assumed the manager would have already addressed, but was mistaken.There's also a second attached unit on the property, which was a surprise. It was unoccupied, but still felt a bit odd, as it wasn't described in the listing.If the cleaning issues were resolved, I'd happily stay here again.

Beds were uncomfortable, basic cooking seasoning were not there, BBQ was really dirty, and noises of some thing crawling in the walls could be heard in the downstairs bedroom every night we were there. The owners left two clothes washing pods and four dryer sheets. Disappointing…

We had a problem when we entered the property. I could not use the handrails on the front entrance because it was so dusty and had cobwebs when we entered the property. We immediately opened windows because it was very stuffy inside after about 15 minutes I began to have symptoms of red watery eyes, lips begin to swell, and a headache. I went outside for a while and then came back in and made the determination that this property was not a place where I could stay after 45 minutes. I had a full-blown asthma attack I called Milton Perez and shared with him that I could not stay at the property. He offered to have a cleaning lady come in, however that would not have helped since I could not breathe inside. This home offered to come there himself. I told him I would not be able to stay , we have asked Milton to reimburse us for 75% of the stay since we had to check into Hampton Inn where I was able to breathe and sleep. The house was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean comfortable and well stocked. It was close to the beach and the center of town. We had a great stay.

There were some mechanical issues and while I acknowledge that the property manager provided a contact number at the outset, the issues would have required a major disruption and we had limited time. Not a location for groups looking for comfortable community space. While all of the items listed were there, this property manager’s definition of “host” differs greatly from mine. Hefty host and admin fees, given the “amenities.” This property is in need of a thorough cleaning, an upgrade to the community area furnishings, a coffee maker from this decade and the availability of extra towels and blankets for comfort. Honestly, if you are going to have a property that “sleeps” 6, it should also have a shared space where those 6 people can watch the same tv comfortably. Side note - bring your own soap, shampoo, etc.

With family competing in the half Ironman we needed space to store and prepare our equipment which is exactly what downstairs provided.
