Beautiful Rehoboth beach home - heated pool, 3 blocks to beach!

Oven door was smashed so could not use, (most likely previous occupants broke it) but not a big deal. Place was incredible. They even had little step stool in kids bathroom for little kids to reach sink. Excellent attention to detail. Heated pool in a Nor’Easter was perfect and kept kids happy. Would definitely use this house again. Distance to beach was great. Was super quiet and well insulted. PLENTY of room for 9 of use.

This is a beautiful house. I have stayed here twice now.

We just completed a one week stay with 6 adult family members and 6 kids ranging in age from 8 months to 8 years old. It was the perfect spot to stay with extended family! Everything is very walkable from the house and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the upgraded kitchen and cozy living room space as well as having a bathroom in every bedroom. This house really feels like a home rather than a rental. Thank you for a great week!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, the pool is perfect for kids, the place is well stocked. Plenty of towels, games, and even books are provided for all ages. Not enough soap and shampoo, but owner was easy to communicate and said they would order them in future. Our family of 10 people in 3 generations had a great time

This property was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The pool and backyard kept everyone entertained, we cooked and enjoyed large family meals in the kitchen and dining space, and the quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and Funland made the location convenient.

We celebrated a 65th birthday during our annual week in Rehoboth at “Cottage By The Sea” and it was perfect! The house had everything we needed and is very attractive with coastal decor. The layout was so conducive to socializing. Everyone said their bed was super comfortable. The backyard was a wonderful gathering spot and the pool was really nice to have. The house was very clean. There are many thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. We prefer to walk everywhere in town and the location was convenient and central for that. Molly’s communication was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

Location was optimal, house is well stocked, beds comfy and pool was a major plus. Our family gathering was a success and we really enjoyed the house.

Spacious, modern vaca property

Plenty of room for our girls' getaway with tons of shopping and close to everything we needed both walking and driving. It was very clean with plenty of room for all of us! Would definitely stay again!

The Rehoboth Beach house was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The home was impeccably designed and decorated. There was room enough to gather comfortably in the living room and on the very nice poolside patio. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the vibrant boardwalk and beach. Once we arrived, we didn’t need to drive our cars as all the activities, shops and restaurants were only a short walk away. The bedrooms were a great size for the adults and the children were thrilled with the bunk room and double twin room. All the main suites have attached bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable- everyone slept well. The host was responsive throughout the booking process. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with activities close by in a great oceanfront community.

We had the best time! The house is incredible, very clean, and so close (walkable) to the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. Starbucks is right around the corner! Two primary suites worked out great, and the kids loved their room rooms. The backyard amenities were also great with a heated pool, fire pit and grill. Even though it’s close to everything, the street is very quiet and quaint.

We had a lovely stay in this home! About a 5-10 minute walk to the ocean/boardwalk/ice cream :-) The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. I have already shared this house with multiple people- it does not disappoint!

The house was absolutely beautiful. My book club friends and I stayed there for a long weekend. It was a perfect house for a relaxing weekend away. This was our 8th annual girls getaway in Rehoboth and this house was amazing! It’s so close to the shops, restaurants, and the beach. We had an incredible weekend and hope to stay again next year!

We’ve stayed at this home 3 times now. It’s been our go-to home for after Christmas with our Delaware family. We will rent again!Kids rooms have been missed as far as cleaning this go around and house desperately needs a stick vacuum for quick cleanups

This is our third stay at this home. It could not be more perfect for a girls weekend. Cozy, well appointed and has comfortable beds. Lots of places to hang out and chat. Easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants. Look forward to returning next year!

Home was very spacious, beautiful and nicely decorated. Within walking distance to everything downtown it was an amazing home for us to enjoy while at the jazz festival.

Very relaxing and enjoyable. House layout was great for visiting & meals. All bedrooms had attached bathrooms which is a bonus for aging baby boomers. Home, walkable shops and beach and nearby outlets presented plenty of options for everyone

The home was everything we hoped for. Close to Cultured Pearl and Dogfish Head, heated pool, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Large sliders across back corner in dining room made for a seamless connection to the pool and patio. Pool is deep, but has steps and benches at each end that are great for the little people in the group. Beach chairs and wagon. Gas fire pit, plenty of outdoor chairs. Well appointed bedrooms with nice adjoining bathrooms, plenty of towels and pool towels. Room for 2 cars in driveway, and 2 street parking tags provided. Bring a few extra garbage bags, rolls of toilet paper, and your linens, and you're set Would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful!! Great location. It was 8 adults and we were in town for a very special wedding. We were disappointed because there was little to no toilet paper. Also 2 spare trash bags which was not enough for 8 adults. I called and left a message about the toilet paper and no one ever returned my phone call. What’s that about?? I thought the property manager was supposed to answer! And there was not enough hand soap in the bathroom. We had a packed weekend and it was a real bummer that we had to run out to the store. Three of the bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper. Each bathroom should have had at least a starter roll and the host should have returned our call.

Close to everything but on a quiet street. Clean home, plenty of space. Loved the pool.

This house is gorgeous! We all gasped after entering. Great location! The very helpful owners respond faster via text. The layout/decorating are well done. There were many items left from previous guests (dish liquid under sink, xtra TP in each bathroom sink, every bathroom had 2 clean bath towels & hand towels, lots of games/puzzles, beach towels/bags, several comfy feather pillows, xtra blankets & much more). We did bring our own sheets & pillow cases. Each bathroom was similar to the main bathroom pictured, just a little smaller. They all have that beautiful blue tile in the shower with seats. There is a bathtub in the kids' room, but the rest are spacious showers. There is a narrow driveway along the left of the house for one vehicle, and 2 passes for street parking. There were 5 lounge chairs in the backyard & xtra seating around the firepit, so plenty of seating. Lovely heated pool didn't feel very warm. It was bigger & deeper than I thought (~6'). We couldn't figure out a few things (how to turn on the LR fireplace-remote not working, xterior lights, pool lights & deck jets). There were switches for these along the house, but they weren't working. I'm sure a quick text to the owner would have solved this, but we were leaving the next morning. There's a Keurig & regular coffee pot with K-cups, ground coffee & filters already there in the kitchen cabinet. Convenient keyless entry. Beautiful 12' ceilings with 10' doors, very impressive & clean! We'll absolutely be back!!!

This is our 2nd year spending a week at this lovely vacation home. We had a wonderful time last summer and all our friends and family were looking forward to coming back all year. Like last year, the house was in great condition - very attractively furnished with many delightful amenities. The backyard, with its chairs, grill, picnic table, and firepit, is a delightful and peaceful place to relax, either after or instead of time at the beach. The small shallow pool is very nice place for anyone to hang and cool off, but is especially great for toddlers. Someone comes weekly to clean the pool, and another example of a thoughtful little extra is that the owners have arranged for someone to come by to place the trash and recycling bins at the curb on pickup days, and then later come back to return them to their normal spot. The owners are approachable and can be counted on should any problems arise. As an example: we reported that a bedroom tv was not working, and even though we made clear that it was not important to us, a new one was delivered within 48 hours. In short, we think anyone choosing to vacation here will be very happy with their decision.

The house was clean and AC worked very well all appliances were good. One thing: There was one street parking to use. We needed two, so that was inconvenience

We selected this home for our family beach vacation and had no regrets! Very clean and spacious, very modern, nice outdoor space with grill and small pool. Close to the beach and Rehoboth Ave but not a busy street and borders on a quiet neighborhood nice for walking and jogging. Owner was very responsive and no major issues. We would definitely rent again.

Excellent location to the beach shopping and restaurants. The house is beautiful and accommodated my family perfectly. My only request would be to add a sweeper and other cleaning supplies. My family and I would have definitely utilized these items throughout the week to make the keep on the daily normal mess.
