Beautiful quiet apartment with gorgeous views

The property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and perfectly situated for my needs. I would stay there again.

Great location, close to everything! Absolutely beautiful landscaping, and wonderful picture window to look out over the beautiful gardens into the city while drinking coffee in the morning. Everything was great.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view off the patio. Close to the Alki Beach area which was gorgeous with some great reasonavle restaurants. We had a rental car so drove to central locations then walked so can't comment on the walkability from the house itself. Fridge is more a college dorm fridge than a regular fridge. Having the entrance in one of the bedrooms is a downside but not terrible. We had no security concerns. Locating the driveway was challenging at night and tight so wouldn' recommend a full size or larger vehicle. Overall very pleased with our stay;would stay again; and would recommend to others!

Excellent location and walkability. Relaxing city mountain and space needle views, sweet patio and the bed was sooo comfortable! Communication with owner was easy. Very responsive.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and clean. Thank you for having extra heaters. The weather was beautiful and sunny but it did get cold. Dropped to 36 degrees . The close proximity to restaurants was a nice.

Everything about the apartment was exactly as described in the listing. It was an ideal location being very walkable to everything in West Seattle. Joe was responsive and easy to communicate with. Given that street parking is challenging in West Seattle we appreciated the convenience of having driveway parking at the apartment.

The location was fantastic and Joe was super communicative. The view from the seating area outside was gorgeous and the inside was very comfortable. He keeps the inside at a perfect temperature so we were warm the whole stay. The water heater was also top notch so the showers were nice and warm. It was a great place to stay.

House was very clean and orderly with very specific details of local shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views of the city

Would stay here again based on location, good space, and easy parking but had the water heater go out on the 2nd night and reported to host the next morning and the host got repair out but had to install an all new water heater which took all day into the early evening so we were not able to return to the place as there was no water. Would have appreciated more communication from the host to understand what was happening and when the install would be complete as we were not sure if we would have a place to stay if they couldn’t have finished the install. The install was completed by 8:00 pm and everything worked properly from there. Fyi - if you would have more than two people it might be an issue if running multiple appliances as there is the potential to trip the breaker and not have access to reset it. There was only two of us so we could make sure we were not running the appliances and water heater at the same time.

We had a great stay! The space was clean, in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance to many stores and shops, and just a short drive to downtown. It was perfect for our few days sightseeing in Seattle.

So continently located!! And the view is phenomenal. Beautiful garden and the unit stays nice and cool in the summer evenings. Highly recommend!

We hadn't seen my brother in over 7 years. This was the perfect place for our visit to West Seattle! Its was quiet, private and close to his place. The owner was very kind and accommodations were everything we needed. The patio and view was an added bonus! Perfect place to stay while visiting family!I highly recommend this if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax with no interuptions.

Good location, awesome host, clean property. A short walk to California avenue with shops and bars. We took bus to downtown one day and next day the water taxi. It was fun. The host was really accommodating and the communication was easy with quick responses. Overall a good stay, Thank you Joe.

Everything was very nice. The city view is great, and a meal on the back patio would be a treat for most people. You enter the property through one of the bedrooms, so not much privacy there. Once inside, the space is very welcoming. There is no stove and a apartment sized fridge, so plan accordingly. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, though the view tells you that it will be uphill at least one way. The thing that was most bothersome was the big rosebush growing close to the entryway. We snagged our clothes more than once. I'm sure thats been trimmed or tied back by now. Communication was easy, promot, and helpful. This would be a good option if I'm back in the area.

Cute little place, perfect place for me to stay for the for work and having a friend come over for the weekend. Be aware the front door opens into the first bedroom. Lots of rules, but the place is spotless because they run such a tight ship. LOVED the reserved off street parking since I was out my days till 7pm or later and there would have been ZERO parking on the street. Nice host, checked in but didn't bug me. Temp was ok for me, I saw some plug in heaters but didnt see a fan. All around great spot as long as you are aware there isnt a kitchen or laundry!

Honestly, the white carpet was concerning, and entering through one of the bedrooms also. But not a big deal at all. Easy check-in, Joe’s willingness to bump the heat up a little bit for my mom meant a lot. Super easy accessibility to Lumen field for the boat show. There were no surprises, would def stay again.

We were in town for some hockey games and it was perfectly away from downtown and being able to park on property was great. Had everything we needed just for the time we were there and im saving this listing for future games as it was perfect for what we needed. Thank you so much!

This place had two spacious bedrooms, for me it was very close to where my brother lived in West Seattle and being close to stores and restaurants was a plus. The host was very considerate and allowed us to check in earlier and gave us some lead way with checking out. Nice place to rent out.

This VRBO was in a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The place was very clean and had fantastic views.

The place was decorated with great taste & located in a secure neighborhood. Huge window from living area was private yet overlooked the town & downtown. Rooms/beds were comfortable, large closets along with a dresser. Kitchen area provided appliances to serve ample breakfasts. There also was a place to park your car while visiting.

Great stay in West Seattle

Great two bedroom condo like space. Beautiful patio view, centrally located in West Seattle. Easy walking distance to Alaska Way/California downtown area with a thriving multi cultural environment and the best beer tap bar maybe in all of Seattle.

Joe’s place is wonderful. This was our second time staying here. It has been the perfect spot for us. It is so easy to get into downtown, and it is in a great neighborhood. We have two small kids (2 & 6) and we put them in the bedroom that is inside the space. We stayed in the bedroom that is connected to outside and it was great. The bathroom was well stocked & spacious, and the kitchen had what we needed. We were there to see some baseball games, so we ate out quite a bit, but everything listed was in perfect working order. Joe checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. He was also very prompt when replying. The whole place neat, clean, and exactly as described. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I booked in the Seattle area as a gift for my adult sons who later joined us for a vacation in Olympic National Park. I was looking for a safe neighborhood and one that was within walking distance to the essentials (groceries, coffee, restaurants, etc.). My sons assured me that the booking fit the bill. They were very comfortable and the views, especially from the patio, were awesome.
