Nestled in the heart of Ravello on the Amalfi Coast, this charming semi-detached house extends across approximately 90 square metres and accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior has been thoughtfully designed to blend the traditional architectural character of the area with carefully selected modern furnishings, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout.
Upon entering the property, a corridor leads to the various rooms of the house. The spacious living room is furnished with sofas, a dining table, and a fireplace, and benefits from direct access to the private garden. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped modern kitchen also opens directly onto the garden and features a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, and an American coffee maker, along with a dining table that comfortably seats 4 people.
The first double bedroom includes a wardrobe and enjoys direct access to the garden, served by a dedicated bathroom with a shower. The master double bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower stall. An outdoor laundry area located near the house contains a washing machine and clothing lines for air-drying.
