Stayed Feb 13, 2022This Vrbo stay was unacceptable. The amount of stuff wrong in this home is disgusting. Out of the eight nights we stayed there, 5 yes ((FIVE)) of them, the pool was broken. The A/C wasn't working for several days as well. If you plan on vacationing at this home be prepared to be staying at this home for repair appointments for the unworking stuff in Kimberly's home. We were lucky we only had to have 2 different people come to the house for repairs. The light switches are ALL backwards, the screens have holes in them and are torn, the locks out back are a joke and good luck you will to be the handyman on vacation because stuff kept breaking!! If you do have any problems don't worry because Kimberly will set up the repairs and you can be inconvenienced and have to wait for them to come out on your time. We also hope you have a warm pool to swim in. Luckily for us the pool heater was broken at 76.3 degrees and advertised at 85 degrees, and it took days to finally heat up. This was a huge problem, and the owner Kimberly was insulted when we told her about these issue(s). There are nicer places in Bonita Springs Florida where the amenities are actually working, and it won't seem like everything was put together with Elmers glue in a hurry!! KEEP SCROLLING, THIS HOME WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE INCONVENIENCE!!! Update... Now we are being chastised by Kimberly for not knowing how to fix her pool issues. Somehow it's our fault that the pool level was low and Kimberly pays a pool guy to come out every week. Just to be fair we emailed Kimberly before we decided to leave this review and she was insulted that her home wasn't up to par with what it says. Looks can be deceiving!!
