Beautiful private beach and backyard pool at our restored Old Florida house!

This was the most well stock VRBO we’ve ever stayed in Love the large backyard, pool and short walk to the beach. Place was pet friendly, but would of appreciated being told that all beaches are NO DOGSAppliances are worn and the DW heat element is broken

This is a small but well appointed house. The grounds are lovely and communication was easy. We enjoyed our stay despite the chillier than usual February.

Joanna was a great host. The house was nicer in person than in the pictures. Great location and had everything we needed for a lovely vacation

The owner of the home is easy to communicate with and very accommodating as well. The location of the house is ideal…close to a beach, many wonderful restaurants, and Joan Durante park. The house and amenities are as described with a very private yard and great pool. We will return next year!

This property was just perfect for my needs. The pool was fantastic and the home had all of the necessary amenities. I really appreciated the fenced yard and the privacy of the landscaping. The walk to the gulf was just across the road. I brought my Bernedoodle and there were plenty of areas to walk him. The property owner was very responsive with answers to questions and renting for the month was smooth and easy. Longboat Key was quiet and relaxing, but just a short drive to Sarasota or Bradenton.

Comfortable, well-appointed house with lovely pool and easy walk to fabulous beach. Can't wait to return!

Lovely, lovely place. Everything you need is there to enjoy your stay. Communication with the owners was an A+! The location is so convenient to top restaurants, water activities, including a large, maintained pool, shopping and evening entertainment. We would definitely return. A true gem!

This is such a quaint little home in an ideal spot. The pool is great! My kids absolutely loved it and got great use of it. The yard is fenced which is great. The beach across Gulf Drive is beautiful and quiet, even on a holiday weekend. The host is so responsive. Overall a lovely experience.

Great location, easy walking distance to three good restaurants, and a convenience store. And easy to get to the beach. The backyard was fantastic for both us and our dog. We just wish the pool was heated. Master bedroom and bath were very comfortable. The second bedroom was very nice and good size. The third bedroom was like a college dorm room, but we did not need it. The owner was very responsive to our e mails and even accommodated our request for two additional nights. Excellent communication. Highly recommend for walk to beach and to some local restaurants.

Our little family thoroughly enjoyed the home, yard, neighborhood, and proximity to the beach. We were able to comfortably work and e-learn from the home.
