Stayed Dec 1, 2024The location is perfect for families looking yo enjoy the lake , city and nearby hikes . The property is aesthetically beautiful . The furniture is dated and worn out - which is quite uncomfortable - especially if you are older The price did not match the amenities offered . We used the grill twice and had to pay for new propane . When we asked the manager she said it was filled - which was not true . We also had to pay and install salt for the water softener in our first week of a four week stay as it was out. We went into the hot tub once but chose not to use this as the host charges for every use . The cost for staying each night does not match the amenities offered nor the upkeep by property manager to ensure residents are. Not paying for basic services one expected to be part of the rental .

Stayed Jul 16, 2021Enjoyed all aspects of this property. The house was comfortable and nicely remodeled. The pool and spa were enjoyable at the end of a day on the lake. The house was clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 11, 2021The house is nicely situated. It is about 6-10 minutes from everything. We had plans to take a day and travel somewhere else but the house was so nice we decided to just enjoy it. Only complaint was that the grill had not been cleaned in what looked like a year or so, definitely several rentals. Other than that our stay was great. Next time visiting Lake Havasu, we will definitely look for this listing.
