Stayed Dec 20, 2025Needed some cleaning vents were dirty some light switches were nonfunctional garage seemed to be used for storage futon in living room was broken a manual of what the owner wanted done before we left would be helpful only one light worked in the garage the garage door didn't work braches and litter was throughout the yard

Stayed Feb 19, 2025This is our second time staying at Rolling sands. Anna always provides great service. House was clean and sufficiently stocked with essentials. The master bed was comfortable don’t know about others as we didn’t use them.Always felt safe going outside at night. House was convenient to everything. Beach was only 20 minutes away.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025Beautifly decorated with great amenities. Excellent location for a visit with my daughter in Palm Coast and the gift (truffles), was a nice touch. Can't say enough about the host, Anna is fabulous, kind hearted and generous.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025Nice neighborhood but traffic was loud & continuous. Definitely a working class neighborhood not a resort area. Several things missing but contacted the mgr. to rectify (ex: No ironing board or broiler pan). Secluded back yard with a fire pit to cook on & a screened in patio. Gas grill available.Washer & Dryer is in the garage. Description leads one to believe it is on a golf course but it was not nearby.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024House was really clean and spacious. 35 min to St Augustine, 10 min to Flagler beach. Was per free ext for us!
