Beautiful pet friendly Beach House, available at monthly rental rate

The property is in a great location on a beautiful beach road. Lots of space and beautiful garden. It is well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Can hike in both directions. The best restuarant(Chasters) in the Gibson area is just a 15 minute walk down the street. Enjoyed sitting in the sun on the upstairs patio and watching the fishing boats and cruise ships cruise by. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tammy’s place on the Sunshine Coast. From the start, Tammy was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely helpful—she even reached out proactively to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great tips on local attractions and events (we even got a note when there was whales in the area). The home itself was pristine, beautifully appointed, and had everything we could have asked for. It truly felt like a home away from home. We loved our time there and would happily return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The home and location could not have been any better. Our host Tammy was amazing and so easy to contact and deal with. Upon arrival we pinched ourselves at this wonderful beach themed home. It was very well appointed and laid out perfectly for a relaxing getaway. We both have come away with a longing to go again and enjoy the tranquility and we definitely plan to. This property will not disappoint! The location is absolutely spectacular and Tammy is a delight to deal with. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was spotless when we checked in. The beds are comfy and linens, towels, etc are all great quality. The kitchen has everything you need to cook while you’re there. And those views….wow. Just wow. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. And again ;)

We spend almost a week in this beautiful home by the sea. The whole family had a great time just relaxing and falling asleep the the sounds of the ocean at night. Thanks for having us at your amazing house Tammy, you've been a great host. We recommend this peace of heaven to everybody, it had everything you could ask for, was clean and comfortable. We loved this beautiful property. It is a warm inviting home with comfortable sofas and a wonderful kitchen. The views were spectacular and we spent many hours on the deck transfixed by the ocean view and the natural setting. One minor disappointment was that there were four of us staying and only two lounge chairs on the deck. Tammy did try to resolve this for us. We would happily stay again.

Our stay at Tammy's place was perfect! We loved everything about it -- the beachfront location, the well-decorated and spotlessly clean space, the well-stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, the sunsets, the yard. I could go on and on. Tammy's home is truly magical. We spent four weeks there and enjoyed every minute. Additionally, Tammy was always available to answer any questions that may have come up during our stay. If you are considering booking Tammy's place, we highly recommend that you do so. You won't be disappointed!

This property is nicely located and is as shown in photos but it’s not worth dealing with the issues that we had. The host (Tammy) is renting this place illegally and told us that after we arrived. The neighbour doesn’t approve of her renting the place illegally and so we were told not to talk about renting or anything related while there in case the neighbour heard us. As soon as we arrived a man came over and started taking photos of our car liscence plate. Tammy told us to not worry about it and relax, but it definitely made our stay uncomfortable. When we got home Tammy kept our damage deposit and said that we left the place messy. She claimed that we didn’t take out the recycling, we left towels on the ground and we left diapers in the garbage can. We have stayed in many different places and have never had anyone have such high expectations of guests. Be aware that if you stay here, when you leave you are expected to clean the entire place and leave it spotless even though there is a cleaning fee. Don’t trust the five star ratings on this place - Tammy told us she mostly has friends or family stay there so I’m sure the ratings are falsely inflated. Also note - The house was relatively clean but there was dog hair everywhere so if you are at all allergic or don’t want to sit on a couch with dog hair on it this place isn’t for you.

Sabie Seas is a hidden peaceful retreat away from city life and mundane distractions. It is a very well kept and clean place that helps rest worries for my family.

The property and experience were great for our family to have relaxing place to call home for a few days. We felt very cozy and comfortable, but everyone had their own spaces so there was lots of opportunities to relax and hang out in different areas depending on what each person wanted to do. We enjoyed having meals together at the dining table, or quick snacks at the kitchen island. We also played some board games in the beautiful main living room. And walked to the beach many many times because it's so conveniently right across the street! We would definitely come back, Tammy is a great host and the house is really lovely.
