Everything was great. Host was super accommodating. Condo was exceptionally nice and really clean. The only thing that could have made it better would be if it had a lake view.

Very nice property . Unable to get tv in guest bedroom to operate, but could have been operator error. Beds were fair.

The home was super clean and beautiful! The pictures didn’t do the house justice. We did have a mishap getting to the house. The directions lead us to the owners gate. The owners did give us enough information to call the gate to direct us to the correct gate. Any other issues we had the owners were able to handle it in a timely manner. Their communication was great throughout the whole stay. The village area had everything and we didn’t have to leave the area.

My friend & I had a girls spa weekend with our daughters to celebrate our 70th birthdays. Loved the area & being close to all the activity but able to come back to a tranquil setting. A home is much more conducive to enjoying each other than two hotel rooms. Thank you for a memorable experience!

We had an amazing stay at this townhome! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were spacious.The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, this townhome exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We needed a place close to Mt. Carmel Assisted living in order for us to bring our 99 year old Dad to celebrate Christmas. He so enjoyed every minute. This place was perfect.

We were coming to HSV as we do each year to spend Thanksgiving with my mom. I booked this home over 2 months prior to our trip. To my dismay, I accidentally booked one day later than our intended arrival. Janette responded quickly to my mistake and made the adjustment to our reservation! Not only was she amazing but the home was clean, beautiful and the right size for our family. I will book this home every time we make a trip to see my mother. Thank you so much, Janette!

The place was as advertised. Clean, plenty of room, quiet and in great condition. It’s surrounded by trees so feels pretty private. And the owner was super responsive and easy to work with.

Great Stay

I brought my Colorado Family to Hot Springs Village to visit my dad. There were 7 of us, so as not to overwhelm my dad with our visit, we opted to put the majority of our group up in this VRBO. Beautiful home. Accurate listing. Lovely neighbors. Balboa Beach access is super close. The bedding/furnishings and other amenities were top notch. I received timely replies each time I reached out to the property manager. Overall, this was a great value and a wonderful experience for my family!!

Townhouse was very clean and well equipped. Very quiet area, nice peaceful deck, close to the marina, making renting a boat convenient as well as the beach area for swimming or enjoying some sun. Abundant golf courses nearby.
