Beautiful, peaceful Lrg Townhome- right by Lake Balboa & Marina

Beautiful comfortable and safe townhouse close to everything. Marina, beach, pools, stores, shopping. I highly recommend staying in this gated community.We would 100% rent this from this host.

Clean house & beds with some cow-webs on the ceilings. Dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes & towels all the way even on different settings. Lights flicker all the time. Wifi goes down sporadically and before a storm comes through. Walked outside on the patio and got caught in multiple spider webs. Grab a broom and use it in self- defense against the webs. Loved the kitchen with all the pot/pans/dishes/coffee makers. Host didn’t send door code, had to use ring camera to get ahold of her to get in. Host called my cell and made sure we got in. Nice area, ppl drive fast with high beams on due to deer everywhere. I wouldn’t let my oldest son go out and walk around because of busy roads & no sidewalks. We never used any of the amenities, you have to drive everywhere for Everything. You must have river shoes to walk over little rocks to get to the water from the beach, our feet got cut up. You must know both the property gates and times to use each, they are miles from each other, GPS is a must. Security guard was nice & walked us through it. Good stay, Arkansas is crossed off our US list.

Beautiful condo in great proximity to lake Balboa. Amenities were sufficient and appreciated Hostess was very kind!!

This is my first experience using VRBO. The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We were there for golf, it was very close to all of the courses. The host was very nice when I had to contact her. Definitely recommend this rental if you're looking to stay in HSV.

Absolutely beautiful place

Everything was great. Host was super accommodating. Condo was exceptionally nice and really clean. The only thing that could have made it better would be if it had a lake view.

Beautiful, home. A full functional kitchen.Quiet. Very comfortable The bed in the master was definitely a quality high mattress, remind me of home.

Very nice property . Unable to get tv in guest bedroom to operate, but could have been operator error. Beds were fair.

The home was super clean and beautiful! The pictures didn’t do the house justice. We did have a mishap getting to the house. The directions lead us to the owners gate. The owners did give us enough information to call the gate to direct us to the correct gate. Any other issues we had the owners were able to handle it in a timely manner. Their communication was great throughout the whole stay. The village area had everything and we didn’t have to leave the area.

My friend & I had a girls spa weekend with our daughters to celebrate our 70th birthdays. Loved the area & being close to all the activity but able to come back to a tranquil setting. A home is much more conducive to enjoying each other than two hotel rooms. Thank you for a memorable experience!

We had an amazing stay at this townhome! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were spacious.The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, this townhome exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We needed a place close to Mt. Carmel Assisted living in order for us to bring our 99 year old Dad to celebrate Christmas. He so enjoyed every minute. This place was perfect.

We were coming to HSV as we do each year to spend Thanksgiving with my mom. I booked this home over 2 months prior to our trip. To my dismay, I accidentally booked one day later than our intended arrival. Janette responded quickly to my mistake and made the adjustment to our reservation! Not only was she amazing but the home was clean, beautiful and the right size for our family. I will book this home every time we make a trip to see my mother. Thank you so much, Janette!

The place was as advertised. Clean, plenty of room, quiet and in great condition. It’s surrounded by trees so feels pretty private. And the owner was super responsive and easy to work with.
