Beautiful Pacific Beach Bungalow. One Block To The Ocean.

A great time at a great place. Excellent location to beach and good times. A quintessential southern Ca beach cottage and very cozy, clean n quiet. Marco was very responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely be on the return visit list!

The host was very welcoming, was easy to communicate with, ensured the house had everything needed for a great stay.

We had an amazing time at the Bungalow! It’s in a great location, it’s a minute or two walk to the beach. We loved that there were two beach cruisers. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean. The property manager was a pleasure to work with! We would stay here again!

Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach. Had many things like boogie boards, beach cruisers, chairs etc. which were a very nice addition. Garage was very convenient. Very clean with clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again in the future

We had a great time staying here. The location is amazing, close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. The outside patio was perfect for grilling and eating outside each night. Four of us fit just fine in the house. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property is in a great location. And enough in size. 1 block from the beach and plenty of places to eat. The garage was a big help, as parking can be challenging. We had our babies with us, dog and cat. The yard was a good space for them as well as us. It was sufficient for our needs. Owner was prompt in response to us with our questions.

Very nice property. The kitchen and bathroom space are updated and the living areas are very nice and cozy. Wall space heaters were great for our stay during the winter. Easy walking distance to the beach. Wonderful backyard area. Outdoor covered garage is quite tight to fit large vehicles as advertised but doable. We had a large suburban and I was able to get in and out with a little effort but was nice so I didn’t have to fight to find parking on the street.

Great location, big backyard. Small bath, remodeled efficiency kitchen. Very clean. No dishwasher. Could really use a coat of paint inside and out. Smells like there used to be a smoker there. Expensive for what it is, but can’t beat the location.

San Diego is an amazing place to visit. The house was amazing and just as it was described. Had everything needed and great access to everything. Description was right on point and very helpful. Would love to return anytime

We stayed here with our two children, and it was perfect for our family of four. The house was clean and well appointed. You can’t beat the block walk to the beach! Amazing location, walkable to restaurants, coffee, ice cream shops as well. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We’d stay here again!

Well kept beach bungalow with all the beach amenities. Walking distance to beach, food, and shops. Very quiet neighborhood in the mornings and evening.

The place had a roomy back yard and was really close to the beach. Hauling beach gear was a breeze. We really enjoyed the dedicated parking. 100% happy I booked this.

Do not hesitate to stay here. Everything is great. Location is perfect. We have probably stayed in 7-9 short term rentals in SD and this was definitely one of the best.

This rental property was exactly what we were looking for. A walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The spacious backyard was a major plus for the kids. Loved that there was a garage. Parking is tight although we managed. Had all the necessities for the beach ( wagon, bikes, sand toys, boogie boards, and much more. Thank you Marco for hosting us!
