Beautiful Open Concept Pool House With Lanai and Private Fenced In Yard

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and helped deal with a pool issue quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Received check in info quickly, house is exactly as described, quiet neighborhood, pool temp was perfect and all the beach chairs and beach equipment made the beach trips easy!!! So close to everything you could need. House was excellent..my family and I totally enjoyed our time there. Would book again!!!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood. Not only was the pool enclosed by a screened room which kept out bugs, but there was also a privacy fence. The house was perfect for a large family! Two of the bedrooms had trundle beds to seamlessly accommodate small children. The master bedroom was roomy too. I was pleased by how well stocked the entire house was! There were plenty of towels and bedding. There was also dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and laundry detergent. I appreciated all the appropriate supplies in the kitchen so we could make meals and use the outside grill. The host was great at responding to our questions too!The pool was clean and warm. My kids had so much fun playing with the pool toys. We ate meals outside at the comfortable table and our family of 7 also fit comfortably at the indoor dining room table. There were beach towels and lawn chairs that were great for our many beach trips.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful get away. The home provides all kitchen and bathroom amenities. The lanai has two beautiful gas fire pits and a wonderful warm pool. The host provided all the information necessary to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! Clean with everything you’ll need including beach chairs, coolers, etc. The heated Pool has full privacy from neighbors with tropical greenery as a beautiful visual buffer between fence and pool. We would definitely stay again!

The house has a great layout and the pool was our favorite area. Very roomy inside and out, everything is clean and well kept. This house was the most well-stocked of all my vacation rental experience. The location is convenient for day trips and there is more to do in the area than we realized.

My family and I had a wonderful stay visiting family in the area. All of the amenities listed and more were at the home and the location was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent being that there was a small issue with the batteries going dead for the lock at the front door. His response was immediate and we were able to rectify the situation. I look forward in the future hoping that this house is available.

This house was amazing. It was so nice not to have to buy anything, including spices. The house was so well equipped. The pool and outside area was very relaxing.

Our family had an amazing time at Frank’s place in Englewood. The home was beautiful, very clean (a phrase I always look for when reviewing VRBO properties), very well stocked— I can’t think of anything Frank could add— bath & beach towels were aplenty, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kid’s books and toys, board games, adjustable dumbbells, exercise ball etc. It was great! The pool was clean, well maintained, the water was crystal clear. We brought our one year old and very much appreciated the baby gate around the pool, and child proofed cabinets. The garbage disposal had a leak the first night we were there. Frank had someone there to fix it the next day. His communication is very prompt which is greatly appreciated! We loved the charm of Englewood, the beautiful sun in the Sunshine State, and the many nearby beaches. We hope to be back next summer. Thanks, Frank, for a memorable summer vacation with our kids!!

We had a wonderful stay! If you stay here, all you really need to bring is yourself, your clothes, and some food—the house is stocked with everything else you might need. It was very clean and well-maintained. Love that they backyard is private as well. The location is great too—nestled in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to the beaches and grocery stores. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

This property is in a great location and has everything you could need on a trip! So many extras not found in most rentals. The property was clean, beds were very comfortable and they even childproof the lower cabinets and pool upon request. Our 2 year old grand daughter loved the blocks, and they even had coolers, beach chairs, and equipment to hunt for shells and shark teeth! The owner responded to my questions promptly and provided recommendations for the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here a year ago and returned this summer. This time brought 2 kids under 4. Requested the offered child-proofing. Everything was set up when we arrived including child locks on low cabinets and, more importantly, child safety fence around pool. Couldn't be more pleased with the house, the amenities, and the owner interaction.
