Beautiful Oceanside Avon NC Home with Private Pool & HotTub

This place was amazing. The screened in porch was a great place to gather and socialize. The pool and hot tub were clean and were cleaned again mid week. The kitchen had all the items I needed to cook some nice family meals and the kitchen table was big enough for all of us. The memories we made there were priceless. Absolutely loved the house. House was well stocked and a very short walk to the beach. Matt was very helpful and very responsive. Wasn't able to get to the house our first night because of hurricane Erin after affects but turned out to be an amazing week and adventure for our 10th wedding anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It is kept up well and very clean inside. Lots of little touches to make it comfortable during your stay. The pool and hot tub are maintained nicely and kept as clean as possible. We did have to call in maintenance to help clean up the pool because we had high winds during our stay that put debris in it and I want to note that they were excellent, friendly and prompt. The home owner is also very easy to contact and responds very quickly and is very kind and helpful. The walk to the beach is very easy and the beach wasn't over crowded where you access it. Altogether a very nice stay! Thank you for sharing your home with vacationers!

The property is located right off highway 12, which makes it easy to walk to many places right alongside the highway. The walk to the beach is down a deathend road with no traffic. This makes an easy walk with 2 young children! The weather was perfect! No rain and all sun!!!! It was a hot week, but coming from Pittsburgh weather, this was paradise to us!

The house was wonderful and very clean when we arrived. Several stores and restaurants nearby, and just a short walk to the beach. Our host responded very quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed this property for its proximity to the beach, its cleanliness and spacious layout. Very comfortable beds too! And close to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. It had everything we needed to vacation with little ones:) Matt was also very responsive to answering any questions we had!

The house was clean and had all the amenities that we like grill pool hot tub screened in deck.

This place was wonderful to stay at for a week long family vacation. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. Location was easy to find but it is on the main road. We would stay here again.
