We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront property in Emerald Isle! The home was exactly what we were looking for…clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in the perfect location with beautiful ocean views.The owner/host was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Our family of 14 stayed at this home for a week in Emerald Isle, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was well cared for, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped for guests.The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and we appreciated all of the beach gear that was available to use. The two air-conditioning units kept the house comfortable even during the hottest parts of the day, and the outdoor shower was perfect after long days on the beach.The location simply can’t be beat - right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the sand and water. It made family vacations with children and adults of all ages so convenient and enjoyable.What truly sets this property apart, however, is the owner, Chris. He was incredibly responsive, answering questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a host who is both so attentive and so easy to work with.If you’re considering this home, don’t hesitate. It was everything we hoped for and more, and we would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Emerald Isle. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a wonderful beach vacation. It was relaxing. Perfect views of the beach. We truly appreciated that it was comfortable and well kept. Chris was easy to communicate with and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend the Seaside Sanctuary.

Seaside Serenity was the perfect choice for our family beach vacation. Our ages ranged from 75 to 14 and everyone was pleased with their rooms, views and amenities. Every thing was clean, fresh and well decorated with the Oceanside vibe. The kitchen was appointed with everything we needed and more. We made good use of the waffle maker, and coffee maker, for sure! Our hosts provided us with a starter gift bag that was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Communications with our host, Chris, were easy and responsive. We look forward to another visit to Emerald Isle and Seaside Serenity in the future.

This house is simply one of the best beach rentals I’ve ever had. The location is peerless. It has everything a family or group of friends like us could want for kitchen, beach and entertainment. It is thoughtfully decorated without giving up that classic beach house vibe. I would come back to this house in future trips any time it’s available!

We had a wonderful weekend away for our ladies retreat at this Seaside Sanctuary home. Being right on the beach was an abundant blessing beyond all that we could have asked for or imagined. We also appreciated that there were enough beds with no bunk beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. Access to the beach was easy and the house seemed very private even though it was a duplex. It was more than equipped with everything we needed and the host was responsive and took great care of us. Our departure time came way too soon but we are hopeful to be able to rent this home again next year.

We had a wonderful time on this trip and a huge part of this was the host - Chris. Chris was extremely welcoming and quick to answer questions. The amenities were perfect for our stay and we were able to relax worry free!! We cooked, watched movies, sipped wine just as if we were at home but with a beautiful view of the ocean.

The house is very lovely and accommodated our large family. The ocean views are amazing as you can watch the dolphins swim by. The location is perfect as it is close to shopping, restaurants & entertainment.

The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Before we left home, he sent us a lot of useful information, and after we got there , he phoned and gave us some great tips to enjoy our stay.The home was very well equipped with numerous throws to wrap up in as well as a very well stocked kitchen. We chose to cook at the house and found everything we needed-even a garlic press!!!!

Beautiful home with beautiful views and perfect private entrance to the beach. Kitchen has anything you would need.. beds are comfortable and perfect parking for us.location is close to grocery stores … restaurants .. shopping and fun activities if you choose to go out and about. If you choose to just stay on the property and enjoy the view there is board games and books and even DVD if you wanna just relax. Host was very responsive to any questions had. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

We loved our visit! House was spacious and had everything we needed for a family of 12. The beach access was incredible!

Check in was easy and house was perfect for our family. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever had. So many little details taken care of. Perfect for small children. Several gates and beach toys made it easy. Location was close to many restaurants and grocery store but far enough away to be quiet and private. Can’t say enough good about this house.

Family vacation with 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 children for a week vacation. The rental property was well maintained and had all needed items for a week stay. Inviting, updated and overall great location. We loved the beach right at the back door. Great communication with host and easy check out process. Would recommend and rent again.

What a wonderful place to stay to enjoy a week directly on the beach of beautiful Emerald Isle! The property is perfectly represented in the pictures on the listing. Only surprises were good surprises! Plenty of room for our extended family group of 8 adults and three kids. Beautiful outdoor spaces and great open gathering space on the main floor with open kitchen/dining room/living room. All surrounded by large window with ocean views. Balcony outside two second floor bedrooms provided an even better view of the beach and ocean. Property was well stocked and had everything we needed throughout the week both indoors and at the beach. Only suggestion would be for guests to bring a beach umbrella/shade. Host made check in and checkout a breeze. One issue with the upstairs HVAC during the week was promptly addressed by the host in a very understanding manner. The Seaside Sanctuary was everything we hoped it would be!

Our family fit this house so well! We could step right out to the beach. Hope to come back!

Right on the beach, shortest walk ever to get over the small dune. The views were perfect, and if you think you forgot something, no worries the home is well supplied. Beautiful accommodations!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The property was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, accommodated my large family, and the location was perfect for walks on the beach looking for shells. The host was very responsive and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again!

This house was wonderful! There were only four of us and barely used a 1/3 the house! Mattresses super comfortable with plenty of sheets, blankets and nice bath towels. Got to sleep with sliders open for ocean sounds. The patio had nice & plenty of chairs. Also bonus was ice maker, Brita water (we usually have to haul water & ice with us), binoculars, ziplock backs & spices! Kitchen is perfect layout and island great for multiple cooks in the kitchen. One of the best stocked houses we’ve stayed at. The top “kids” loft was amazing - need to bring all the cousins next time. Tons of space for everyone! And as it reads, this direct private access to a clean, beauty beach!

We had family traveling from Mobtanay, Pennsylvania and Maryland for a wedding. The house was perfect for us! Cozy, clean and everything provided!

I didn’t realize it was half a house. I didn’t realize we had to make our own beds and strip the sheets at the end. Didn’t mind garbage duty. We are careful people so we stressed over all the posted signs of dos and don’t’s. Not enough towels, wash rags or blankets - glad we brought our own. Beautiful views. Nice seating out doors.

Great week in Emerald Isle celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. The home was beautiful and spacious and it was great to open the doors and immediately listen to the ocean. We plan to be back here in the future!

This house was great for our family. The owner’s have baby gear which they allow their guests to use (including a baby monitor). The third/top floor was the best feature—four twin beds and one queen bed. The older kids loved camping out up there. The house has nice beach chairs and a box of beach toys, so we didn’t need to bring any gear. They have basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper, coffee filters, Ziploc bags, Saran Wrap. So it’s nice in that aspect, whereas other vrbos have zero items, and you have to buy anew every time. The kitchen as well-stocked with any cooking supplies we needed. The walk to the beach was great/easy. Hosts are very responsive.
