Modern well maintained, air conditioned, 2400 square foot reverse living house with all the extras.

The house is ideal for 2 small families to share.
There are basically 2 master bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with twin beds for the kids. The twin bedrooms share a common bathroom.

The Master Suite on the 2nd floor has a dual head shower with body jets and a Jacuzzi tub.

The Junior Suite on the 1st floor has its own bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub.

The FamilyRoom is downstairs so the kids can play and not disturb the adults in the 2nd floor Living Room

Ocean, Beach, and Bay views. 1 block to the bay.

Five decks covering over 1200 square feet. Every room has a deck in addition to a large rooftop deck.

Just returned from our multi-generational vacation at 10 E. Atlantic Ave. Our group was aged from 2 to 72 and the house was perfect for all of us. Distance to the beach worked well for the young and old. House was as pictured, neat and clean. Had to find shells, fly kites, bike, visit old Barney and enjoy the best seafood ever. Bay beach and playground close by for enjoyment of the little ones. Anyone looking to stay on LBI, recommend you try this one, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Only problem with our vacation is that it's over. Can't wait til next year.
