Great views and fully appointed home on beach!

The location of this property was fantastic. I loved being able to walk one direction to the boardwalk and the other direction to the state park. The proximity to the ocean was great. We loved the set up of the house. We all felt comfortable. My granddaughter loved playing with the doll house in the children’s room. We also enjoyed having bicycles on site we could use. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We booked the townhouse for a week of family reunion. Spread among several houses, the family wandered in and out for days, and at times, this was the favorite landing place. From the close-to-the-ocean views to the living/casual dining space, there were art projects and memories made.

Beautiful property with amazing view of ocean! Close to downtown and on site parking. Well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, lots of games for those rainy days! Our host Emily is amazing and super responsive. Our favorite home away from home!

This is the only place we’ll stay at the beach. The house is PERFECT, the beach is 50 steps from the back door, and there is plenty of space to eat, relax, and play. Can’t wait to visit again!

Emily is a fantastic and caring host with a fabulous property to match. My family has stayed here twice since 2019 and it has only improved on near perfection. You cannot beat the views nor the locale and Emily hooks you up with whatever you could possibly need (including an impressive library of books for beach reading). You can't beat it, don't hesitate to book.

Ocean on doorstep. You can hear it and Feel it. It is very healing. We were there for Christmas. It was quiet and peaceful. The home is lovely and has beautiful original artwork. Perfect. 10/10

A beautiful home right on the beach! The views from the huge windows are amazing. The sunrises are amazing - we take pictures each year - always different - always amazing! Perfect for our family with two elderly grandparents both with mobility issues. Emily is an excellent host and we return each year. This beautiful home has everything you need for staying in but is just 1.3 miles to downtown Rehoboth restaurants and shopping!

My stay at this property was a dream. Perfect location, well maintained and a super responsive owner, Emily, who definitely made the whole check in/Out great. I booked this late September trip as a getaway for my birthday. It ended up just being me as my guest caught COVID from work travel right before. The location of this property made it a dream. Morning Sunrises, Evening Sunsets, Dolphins playing, and just hearing the waves at night all made this my perfect birthday retreat. Everything was clean, inviting and just felt like home. It was close enough to downtown and the boardwalk that i enjoyed shopping and some nice meals out. Overall, I am so happy I chose this as my spot for my celebration. Of course the impending Tropical Storm Ophelia made me leave a bit early but that is the risk for a late September beach trip - a trade off for less crowds, warm waters and fantastic temperatures. I would definitely rent here again soon! Thank you for allowing me to experience Rehoboth from your home!
