Beautiful, newly renovated pool-villa in a gated community

Perfect place for a peaceful, monthly stay. Great neighborhood, close to everything. House is homey, clean and so well stocked for all your needs. Owners are right next door if you need anything. But they leave you be to enjoy if you are all good. Highly recommend.

Led by the husband and wife team of Klaus and Suzanne, our every need along the length of our stay was met with courtesy and efficiency. The property itself is quiet and secure and is close to everything we needed to make our stay so enjoyable. Couldn't have worked out better.

We cannot say enough about this great house and the owners Klaus and Susanne. The house is very well equipped and decorated. There was nothing we felt we were missing, unlike vacation homes in the past. Everything worked perfectly and we felt extremely comfortable. My husband & I rented this house from Klaus for a month and I can honestly say we have nothing negative to report- our experience was all positive. The house is spacious and comfortable and very clean. It’s decorated nicely and has a lot of nice amenities, my favorite being an amazing espresso machine, so bring your beans! We had a few, minor, things come up and Klaus was on the case practically before I could send the text to let him know about it. The kitchen was well stocked and there was nice beach paraphernalia to use- Chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. The neighbors are all very kind and friendly, in fact you can’t walk around the development without waving to at least 10 people. As far as location, There are a lot of good, fun restaurants close by, the Fish House probably being our favorite. Though there is more “fine dining” probably in Naples. Publix is basically across the street, the beach is a 10 min drive. Parking is so difficult there (February) we figured out you have to be there by 8:00 am to get a spot. Naples is an easy drive which opens up a whole other realm of higher end, delicious restaurants and shopping. All in all we were so pleased with this rental - the house itself, the location and the Landlord. All 5 stars!

This house was very well maintained and the ambience was also most inviting. The neighborhood setting was very quiet. Working with the owner was seamless and he was most responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. We had a lovely experience and we look forward to coming back.
