Beautiful New Townhome! Outdoor Kitchen, Near L'auberge and LSU

Nice home , good location, felt very safe .Hard to find at night. Needs new towels and sheets and a better deep clean of the home but overall we would stay again. Super cute neighborhood .

The Pointe-Marie property was wonderful. Good location that felt far away from the craziness of town but in reality close to LSU and the environs. The home itself is comfortable and calming. The kitchen was well supplied. It was wonderful to sit out on the front porch and watch a thunderstorm go by. The pool was perfect for our kids. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at Michelle’s house. The property is exactly as described. Everything was immaculate, comfortable and well stocked. Our dogs loved the outdoor area, which is even larger than the pictures show! The neighborhood is a quiet oasis with lots of green space. Michelle was quick to reply to any messages we sent. Having access to the 2 car garage was also a major plus. There were many neighborhood amenities although we didn’t have time to use them. We would definitely return next time we stay in Baton Rouge! Thanks again!

Well furnished, great kitchen, tranquil location, excellent amenities

This is the 3rd year in a row that we stayed for gymnastics camp. The house is always clean and has everything you need.

Immaculate, spacious, beautiful just like the description said. The pictures does this home no justice, you have to see it. Everything was neat and in order..Will gladly rent again. The neighbors were all friendly. The host Michelle was available if ever anything was needed. The pool was available, didn't get a chance to swim. Garage available, outdoor kitchen available. Check in/out was easy. Thanks again for the stay

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed three wonderful nights and found the location perfect and the townhome beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed. From an iron, to pool towels! Everyone was comfortable in the bedrooms and all of the bathrooms were supplied with plenty of towels and even hair products. All appreciated! The coded door locks made for easy access and we felt secure. The neighborhood was quaint, well maintained and even had a coffee shop within walking distance. Only regret is we found the place for graduation and not earlier! And, we have already recommended to friends! Many thanks!

Property was exactly as described and very nicely furnished and decorated. Communication was excellent and although we didn’t use the pool, there were two wrist bands provided for its use. Location was perfect for us and we will definitely stay again when in the area. We enjoyed the neighborhood coffee shop too. Great rental!

Our stay was perfect in this well appointed home. As a larger group the layout was perfect for 2 couples along with my daughter and her college friends. The location was ideal as it’s close enough to the LSU campus yet nice to be a bit remote in a quiet, relaxing area near the casino. The home was just as pictured and has nice touches throughout. We will definitely look to stay again when back in BR.

Absolutely gorgeous property in a quaint neighborhood.. beautifully decorated, clean, with every amenity you could ask for and more. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless. Look forward to staying here on future trips to BTR.

Property was new and neighborhood was up and coming. Excellent location, quiet. Close to campus, were there for tennis camp at LSU. Daughter and her friends had a great time, pool was nice too!

Very easy process.

We rented this house for our daughter's LSU graduation. The house is stunning and in a great location. The subdivision is quiet and just darling! Michelle was quick to respond when I had a question. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Baton Rouge.

The place was just as pictured! Well stocked with paper items etc. checking in and out was a breeze! Perfect for a family getaway and in a beautiful neighborhood!
