Beautiful new house in Delray with heated pool & game room. Close to boca!

Justin was a perfect host, he always responded quickly. The place was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The pool stayed warm, it was a cool week so that was important. My guests were pleased and want to return.

Had a wonderful stay here! The pool was beautiful and heated! Love the neighborhood and the owner responded immediately to any questions I had. My husband and I stayed here to visit our grandchildren and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely home, clean, light, spacious, new. Fabulous heated built-in pool, private patio. Well-ordered kitchen, upscale yet casual, safe neighborhood. Close and convenient to everything. Great communication with host.

Excellent property great location definitely would rent again

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood in Delray Beach. Easy access to downtown and highway. The property is very clean. The owner was very responsive.

The house was phenomenal. Everything was well above and beyond our expectations, especially the host Justin. He was so accommodating. it was such a pleasure even though it being a very last minute booking on a holiday week. We will 100% book again and will soon.

The house was clean and spacious. It had a lovely pool and the location was good - a short drive to Atlantic Avenue and the beach. Justin was a super responsive host. Would highly recommend.

So this property was pretty bland. Didn't really give me the family home vibes. I felt as if the property was kind of rushed together. There was a orange plastic construction fence in the back that keeps you away from the creek that wasn't mentioned in the profile. The main bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, and there was a small hole in the wall from the bathroom door handle due to the lack of a door stopper. The microwave door hits the cabinet making it hard to open. The washer machine leaks causing washed clothes to still be soaked. The jacuzzi tub doesn't work and the water that filled it was an off yellow tint. Then the light switches, how and what lights they operated threw me off as well. The cleanliness could have been better also. All the towels were just in the dryer upon arrival and they weren't completely dry.There was a pot full of grease just sitting under the cabinet and what seemed to be party decorations from the previous guest on the ceilings.There was only less than half a tank of propane for the grill even the spare was empty. So I had to finish cooking on the stove the place got kind of smoky and I realized the smoke alarms didn't go off. Streaming off the TVs didn't really work neither just kept getting stuck on loading. We barely stayed in the house it was just a last minute booking for me to have somewhere to lay my head. So it was okay overall, nice quiet neighborhood, location wasn't far from beaches or other entertainment. Loved the pool
