Stayed May 16, 2024We gathered family members for a graduation weekend and the accommodations were perfect for us. Plenty of room for all and the great space on the main floor was perfect for when we wanted to gather together. The neighborhood was pleasant and we enjoyed the proximity to beaches and restaurants.

Stayed Jul 17, 2023We spent 6 days at this beautiful home, and we were so impressed by the house and all of its features. It was such a close proximity to the beach. I think it took us about a minute or two to walk there The beach was so quiet and peaceful and was so relaxing! Justin was wonderful when it came to answering our many questions as well as letting us know about the check in and check out process. We loved the area and are planning to return next summer! If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to add televisions in the bedrooms. Other than that, we loved it!

Stayed Jul 12, 2023This beautiful home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay ! The pantry was fully stocked and supplied more necessities than any home I have ever stayed in ! Justin was the best in communication and very helpful with local things to do . There are a lot of steep stairs (2floors) to this home so this might be a problem for older folks . But that’s how all these homes are in the northeast . We had the best time and hope to stay again soon ! Thank you Justin

Stayed Jun 29, 2023The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was nice and well-stocked. Everything worked well and there is a good amount of parking. Justin is a nice owner. We didn't need anything, so we didn't reach out to him, but the fact we didn't need anything was very nice. If you are looking for a very nice place that is near (but not on) the beach, this is a good house for you. I will look to stay there again.

Stayed May 19, 2023The property was nice but it was false advertised the house was not 200 feet from the beach and we did not have beach view. The access to the beach was very limited. Over priced for what we got.
