The house was stocked with anything and everything you may need while you are there. You can’t beat the pool area - it’s beautiful and peaceful out there! Matt is very great and fast with his communication! I would highly recommend it!!

Stayed Apr 1, 2025We had a wonderful time in the area. Beaches were so nice, just a short drive. The pool was a great also, maybe could of been a tad warmer.We would plan this home and area again.Very quiet neighborhood, maybe because of a few empty homes close by. Stayed Jul 13, 2024My wife and I stayed with our two young children, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We previously lived in the area and wanted to be close to Boca, but not too far away from the restaurants in North Port, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda. The house is gorgeous, and the pool was amazing! The house is fully stocked with everything you might need. Matt, the property owner, was very communicative if you needed anything, and informative should there be any onsite appointments such as pool cleanings, lawn care, etc. Our family had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 9, 2024Well appointed and very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Matt was very quick to respond and assist. My husband and I enjoyed staying at his house and will definitely stay here again if we have another opportunity. We are happy to recommend this great house to others. For those with children and/or pets - the house has a pool and fence.
