Stayed May 21, 2025Our family of 5 fit great in this space! This is a cozy basement apartment and it is decorated so nicely with attention to detail. The master closet is very large and was nice to store our suitcases and hang our clothes. The laundry facilities were perfect with soap and dryer sheets. The beds were very comfortable too! The location was nice - we could walk to the Provo Canyon trail - perfect for biking, running and walking.

Stayed May 9, 2025Loved staying here for a girls' weekend. The place was clean, well stocked, and easy to access. Hot tub was a wonderful feature. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious enough to not feel cramped. The only downside (and we knew this going in, so it's no ding against them) was that it was downstairs from a family that lives there so we could hear them moving around, talking, playing music, etc, throughout the day. Overall, very happy with our stay and with the hosts for their communication and amenities!

Stayed Apr 23, 2025Highly recommend this beautiful basement apartment. Everything was new, clean and tastefully decorated. Located right at the mouth of Provo Canyon it was was a short drive into the canyon or to BYU. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was quickly responsive to any needs. W ou stay.
