Stayed Sep 11, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this home! The layout was perfect for our group, well-stocked, and exactly as described. With beautiful weather, we spent much of our time enjoying the backyard and outdoor dining area. The location was ideal—walking distance to Miacomet Beach, 45 Surfside for breakfast, and even a longer walk into town for a workout. Jeff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d highly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves!

Stayed Dec 5, 2024My friends and I went on a girls weekend for the Nantucket stroll and stayed at 14 Ellens. The house is gorgeous, and the number of beds/bathrooms made it perfect for a group of women. We are already planning our stay next year!

Stayed Sep 18, 2024Expectations were high for our stay in Nantucket and Jeff's house certainly exceeded all. Unfortunately we had poor weather while on the island so the use of this property's open floor plan and ample entertainment space made a positive impact on our visit. It was such a comfortable & relaxing stay I look forward to requesting to book here again (and hope for better weather) Thanks Jeff!!

Stayed Sep 11, 2024We had the most amazing time staying at Jeff’s home. We made lifelong memories with our family and friends! The home was stunning, we had amazing pool days, lovely morning coffee on the porch and some great evening dinners enjoying the backyard. Everyone had comfortable beds, enough space to feel settled and great openness to the home flow. We will definitely be back.
