Beautiful Modern La Jolla Beach House

The house is lovely with everything we need.

The La Jolla house is perfect for busy weekends and the beach because you can walk a few blocks & avoid all the crazy traffic! Super convenient to stores and restaurants! The house is spacious and comfortable and the owners were easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is amazing, with tons of skylights in every room, glass doors to a private courtyard and bedroom patio, beautiful dining table, well appointed luxusious kitchen, large master bedroom (with a fireplace), and huge master bath with separate his & hers vanities, sinks, and walk-in closets. Its also amazingly quiet for being on a busy street - the bedroom is in back and all we heard was the mockingbird, never a car or person. Its very close to great restaurants, the beach, and UCSD/SIO. It is a wonderful retreat!

Lovely home with a great floor plan providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The 5 minute walking distance from the house to La Jolla Shores wonderful restaurants was a huge plus since parking is a big issue! We had only one glitch trying to get the TV working & the owner was quick to help with process. Hoping to stay in the house again next year!

The house was really nice and in a perfect location to walk to all the La Jolla shops. The rooms were very big, although did not have much sound separation. The entire house was beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor area.

Spectacular home. Very comfortable and excellent location! We could walk to some little shops to eat and grab coffee and the beach was extremely close by car - but I suppose you could walk if you weren’t carrying a bunch of beach gear. We loved it! And the courtyard was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening vino! The home was just as advertised, and was perfect for our family’s time in La Jolla! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and comfortable Japanese-inspired house within easy walking distance of the beach, a good selection of restaurants and a yummy pizzeria (Dough Mama). The owner is very nice, and easy to communicate with. Hope to be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! The house was just beautiful and was so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in! We grilled often in the beautiful outdoor patio. It was a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants and just a short drive to downtown LaJolla. Eddie V’s is a must for dinner if you are staying here. The views from the deck, service and food were amazing! Pavilion the local grocery store was great as was the little local mercantile store just a block away for sandwiches and incidentals. We loved everything about our stay here. Our hosts provided everything you could need and the house was very clean! We will defineately rent here again and cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Close to both campus and the beach, great to get some relaxing time in between the social events. House has a lot of personal touches. Loved our stay.

We so enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely -- quite large, comfortable, and well appointed. The natural light in every room is amazing, as is the outdoor patio. We were two couples and found there was ample privacy. The large master has a HUGE bathroom with double sinks and enormous closet, plus shower, jacuzzi, and two toilets. The smaller bedroom is separated from the master by a very heavy sliding door, and has its own toilet and shower. The chef's kitchen has everything you could possible want if you are going to cook. We ate out. Everything is well maintained and of very good quality, sparkling clean. There are many lovely spots to eat just a couple of blocks away in the Village, and of course the beach is just a short walk. Having grown up in La Jolla and coming to see family, our stay couldn't have been better. Thank you!
