Stayed May 22, 2026Very nice, clean home in near-Northwest Indianapolis. Very well-appointed - we weren't lacking anything during our stay. Brightly decorated with vibrant wall coloring (green, blue, etc.) and modern-ish decor. Can easily accommodate 6 adults. Easy access to downtown, Speedway, etc. without being in a crowded urban area.

Stayed Apr 22, 2026we did not use any spa. It was very stuffy upstairs this time. we turned the air up more, but it did not seem to help. we opened windows and were fine. this is the first time the air was an issue. We love staying at this house. we love the house, we like the owners' correspondence.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025House had everything we needed and was very clean. The activities we had planned were canceled because of the blizzard and the house had plenty of space to hang out and we made the most out our weekend getaway. Would stay again. Also a perk was use of the garage. We did not think there would be A blizzard so we were very grateful we could park in there. The only thing we had to get used to was that the HVAC system is very loud when it’s on. It sounds like a really loud fan when running.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025This is our 4th time staying at this property. It is in a lovely quiet, safe, neighborhood. Not far from city,(15 min) and not far from restaurants to drive to. We hope to stay here again next year!

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Property was great!! Took a second to figure out the lighting in the master bath ( technology - LOL ). Only other concern was only could get info from the email from Michael couldn't reply - would go back to just the listing. I did not have the app or want to install - a number exchange would havbe been nice if someting had come up. Other than that best house we have stayed at!!!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024The house looks even better in person than on the photos. It is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished, and well appointed. It is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The owner/manager is friendly, helpful and responsive. We would rent the property again when we go back to Indianapolis. I highly receommend this property.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean with plenty of space. Nice big shower and bathtub after a long day of work activities. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Good local options for dinner and drinks. Would absolutely stay here again.
