As you enter our subdivision, Rancho El Dorado, there is a large fountain and pond where you can sit and feed the ducks or stroll along the pathway. There is a playground area with covered picnic tables, basketball courts, and lots of green space. This can all be done under the massive 40’ tall palm trees.
The house itself is approximately 1600 sq ft.3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow with an inground spa style pool with rock waterfall. New Granite throughout and decorative landscape.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025The property was great.....especially the swimming pool.DID NOT APPRECIATE THE 100 THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR EXPRESS ENTRANCE.I made a request to see if I could enter early and was simply told yes. Nothing was ever stated to me about a charge just to enter a few hours early.

Stayed Feb 25, 2025The place was very nice and Blair was very easy to work with. I recommend this place. We asked Blair to make a change the Temp in the house to lower temp and it was done in minutes. This was a great house and we appreciate how the host was accommodating.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The property was very clean, and a joy to stay at. The pool was very nice during the 118°F days. Access to a BBQ helped when we arrived and some friends are already cooking dinner for us. The bed was comfortable in the master bedroom and we have plenty of clean towels. I would definately recommend anyone to stay here. The owners were very accommodating to our special circumstances and that made the experiance that much better. We're really grateful for that.The value and the experience was well worth it. !

Stayed Jun 7, 2024This house is in a peaceful, safe neighborhood which is why we chose this house, we have stayed at other homes in this area. The house met our needs with 3 comfortable beds. The pool is the best feature of this home nice size and very refreshing on a hot summer day. The only thing that wasn’t great was the temperature of the house and the way the thermostat is controlled. We had a few hot nights. Overall nice home with a great pool
