Beautiful Luxury Townhome at Loon Mountain South Peak in Lincoln NH

Beautiful space, having 3.5 bathrooms is brilliant, deck was so wonderful to sit and have coffee on in the mornings, beds were so comfortable. Having only one key available to 5 people was a challenge, but we worked it out.

Fully equipped. Excellent host. Great location walking to lift.

This was one of the best equipped rentals my friends and I have stayed at in the South Peak Condos! Dave was a responsive host, the accommodations were clean and as described, and we had no problems throughout our stay!We hope to come back next winter!

We loved staying at this property at Loon Mountain South Peak. The townhome was very comfortable, it included everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for our ski trip to Loon. The owner was great to work with, his communications were outstanding, he provided all pertinent information that we needed, check-in and check-out were very easy. We recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back for another stay at this location!

What a beautiful and fantastic home in Lincoln, NH. David was so great and the house had everything we needed. Very clean, spacious and close to everything. Made our trip even better.

Dave was a great host and communicated everything that we needed. The check in and out was easy. The place was top notch and had everything needed for our stay. The walk to the lifts was very easy and should be easier as soon as the development is complete. I highly recommend Dave’s condo as it is immaculate. I could not ask for a better place.

Amazing stay in Lincoln. The host was fantastic. Great communication. The condo is super nice. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Timbertown chair is a 5 min walk and you can ski right back to your door. We used the shuttle 1 day. Amy the driver was soooo nice. Pickup at your door. The shuttle is also amazingly new and clean. No blue bus picking you from riverside terrace. The condo had everything and the some. They have thought of everything! This is the type of place that just makes you jealous it’s not yours and you can’t do this every weekend! We would absolutely rent here again in the winter, and it’s right on the river so I’m sure summer is cool too. Also great outdoor hot tub. We were the only ones using it both nights we stayed! This condo was the perfect home base for our ski trip! The location is unbeatable. It was spotless, cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. If you are looking for a comfortable, high-end stay right near the mountain, I cannot recommend this place enough.

What an absolute gem of a place! We went up as 2 families with 3 kids and this condo is fabulous- so much space but still super cozy and inviting. You can see the south peak lifts from the windows and it’s a 3-4 minute walk to the chair- easy to come in to warm up and have lunch and walkable to the main Loon hotels and shops. Would highly recommend and plan to be back!

Only three adult women stayed for the weekend, but we could have fit more. Significant others plus there was a fourth bedroom that could have been filled. There’s a nice fireplace and comfortable seating. We are able to stream our devices to the TV. It’s a very nice cozy house. Kitchen is well set up. Three bathrooms plus a powder room so plenty of room for all. It is on the second floor so you have to walk up a decent flight of steps to get to it. It wasn’t a problem for us, but good for everyone to know that. We would definitely consider staying there again.

We loved our stay. Plenty of room. The kitchen was the best. Plenty of room to move around while still in communication with everyone. The number of bathrooms was helpful. We enjoyed a hassle free weekend with several options for all.

Location was great!

We had a wonderful time! It was spacious and felt like a home away from home. The location was great and close enough to walk to stores and trails. Dave was patient and helpful through the whole process. We definitely plan on making this a regular today for futures to come.I enjoyed it so much I don't want to say anything negative, but the hot tub is rough to sit in. The material it's made out of is not smooth so it was hard to stay in it to long. And even myself and a friend ended up with a couple of scratches. But it didn't really stop us for using it because it's the top reason I wanted to stay there. The fire pit was fun and the grill worked great. There was plenty of wood. You do have to look around for kindling, but it wasn't any trouble. We put out our fire every night. We can't all wait to go back again and even our friends are excited about next year. Thank you so much!

The condo was comfortable, and accommodated our extended family very well. The location is perfect- very close to town, and a short drive to many hikes!

The property was in a great location and very spacious. It had easy access to the river behind it and was walking distance to a grocery store, movie theater, and cafe. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.

My family and I had a great time up in Dave’s condo in Lincoln, New Hampshire. He had everything we needed, including tubes for the river firewood for the fire pit and extra towels for the Jacuzzi area.

Enjoyed the stay. Owner was very friendly. Easy walk to the lift and dining.

condo was clean, modern, and had everything that my family of 11 needed to have an excellent family vacation. although we did not get to experience the ski in/out aspect of it all due to our spring skiing date choices. It was not hard or time consuming to get to the slopes. we had 8 people out of the 11 skiing and boy did we get our moneys worth!!! we loved the condo/hot tub, walking paths, and close proximity to everything the adorable town of lincoln, nh had to offer. Thank you!!!

I rented it for my gour adult children and their apouses/significant others. They all ski and board and loved the fact they could walk to the Timber Town lift at Loon. They livwd the condo and want to go again next year.

Great experience from booking to check out. This is the second time we have booked this property and I would highly recommend it. The home is wonderful and well appointed. Everything is as the pictures look on line. The shuttle to the lodge is a great option if you don’t want to take the lift up from across the street. We had little ones that we brought to ski school. Master bedroom mattress is amazing! Will book again.

This was our second stay and definitely not the last. Dave is amazing to book with. The rental is an ideal home for smaller groups or large ones. Our two little ones had plenty of room to play. The condo is in a great location with a nice trail within walking distance.

We had people coming from Massachusetts and Florida: eight relatives and three generations. Nice layout conducive to big dinners, sweet deck, well-equipped kitchen, LOTS of dishes (but could've use more silverware), convenient location, lovely hike along the river out back, well stocked linens, super clean, and great host.

10 of us stayed in this house together and it was perfect! We had everything we needed and the 3 full size bathrooms plus a 1/2 bath was a huge plus. The space was well maintained and the kids had a blast utilizing the games and the foosball table. We look forward to staying here again.
