Beautiful Luxury Home with GREAT Views! July 19-23 Rare Opening, Dont Miss Out!

This was just what we hoped for! The unit was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and close to the beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Mermaid's Cove!

Large, roomy, nicely furnished. We were all VERY impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was with cooking utensils, spices, dishes, condiments, etc. (the pantry was a nice surprise!). Plenty of bath towels and extra blankets for beds or for snuggling, too. None of us heard a peep from the townhouse next door, so soundproofing must be a part of the quality build. Very nice view of the beach & surf from 2nd and 3rd floors. Short, pleasant walk to beach using a designated crosswalk on Highway 101. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (great showers!) with a newer washer & dryer between them. We all used the jetted tub a lot & no one ever ran out of hot water. At the back of the single car garage is a bonus room that we used as a bedroom. It has a quality sliding glass door to a small fenced outdoor area. This bonus room also has a mini-fridge, bed, fold-out leather couch, Wii, but just FYI, the closest bathroom is up a flight of stairs to the 1/2 bath on the main floor. The main floor has a beautiful electric fireplace and a large number of books, games, videos. The dining room is roomy (I've have used the word roomy a lot in this review!) and shares 9 sturdy wood chairs with the eat-at kitchen counter. The kitchen has lots of space for meal prep and the large bay window behind the sink looks toward a tree covered hillside. I am picky and honest, but have no complaints whatsoever. Well done to the owner & manager, & housekeeper. We hope to be back!

Luxury home is the listing. However it is really a triple townhome. 3 story nice inside, 3 bedrooms with the 3rd room accessible thru the garage. Doesn’t say that in the ad. The view could be nice and is but only from the 3rd story. We could not get either of the upstairs bedroom tvs to work. Killed 2 big spiders, and cleared cobwebs from the main doors to the master bedroom. Parking is also very limited with a metal door dinging rail lining the driveway. The neighbors parked not in the driveway but horizontal to it which made it difficult everyday we backed in. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen was open and airy, had everything we needed. Great weather Labor Day weekend!

This place was very accommodating, we loved the location. Easy walk to the beach and into main part of the darling town. And some of us are seniors in our 70’s! The facility does have steps so you must be able to do those. The owner is very helpful and always got back to me with my questions. Loves it and if we get back this way would definately stay again! I loved the fact we had the beach in front of us and beautiful mountains behind us!

We loved the excellent location- so nice to be able to walk everywhere!It was inconvenient, for those staying in the ground floor tv room, to have to come thru garage and upstairs to use bathroom, brush teeth...The kitchen was very well stocked! We would have been very appreciative if a bbq grill was available. Overall, a great property in a fantastic location!
