Beautiful Log Home on Five Acres with Horse Facilities!

Great property in secluded quiet neighborhood. The house was plenty of room for my family of 5. The kitchen was nicely stocked too. The family and our little dog enjoyed sitting in living room to warm up around would stove after playing around outside in the snow! Quick and easy communication with host when needed. It was easy drive to get into town and about 40min drive to wolf creek for skiing. We had a great time!

Absolutely love the cabin great location. Property was very well kept amenities were great. Had everything we needed felt like home.

Great home out in the country. The night sky was amazing being away from the lights of town. House had everything we needed. Communicate with Jeff and Marjorie was great. And when ready to explore town, your only a few minutes away.

Nice property. Yet close to town

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful place ! Thank the horses, deer and Elk were just amazing ! The close proximity to town but the privacy of a private cabin is just what we were looking for . Hosts and cleaning staff are very kind and helpful. We will be back !

We loved the cabin. Especially having the 5 acres, with a beautiful view from the deck. Love to being able to let our dog outside without having to leash her. The master bedroom was wonderful, wished it was downstairs though. Was unsuccessful pulling down the TV to make its viewing range better for us, but we still enjoyed having it. The kitchen was well stocked with good appliances. We would love to return to this cabin for a long stay.

Check in was very easy, plenty of room and everything was in working order. The beds were very comfortable so we slept well while there. We loved the deck and watching the birds, deer, and squirrels. We even got to see 4 elk on one evening. It was very relaxing and peaceful and just what we needed. Far enough from town to be quiet and close enough to not be a long drive.

The deck is a great place to hangout and visit. Great view and wildlife watching as well. The kitchen/dining/living area is also great for visiting and family meal prep. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. We had five people in our group and the space was adequate.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin with our 3 boys and dog. The views from the cabin were beautiful and we enjoyed seeing wildlife each day (deer, elk, and a fox). We all loved the large outdoor deck and chairs—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather and surroundings. The cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Communication with Jeff and Marjorie was great. Highly recommend. Would love to come back!

The property and house was awesome

This was our second time to stay at this wonderful cabin. Our Family loves this place and this time was no different. Our host even gifted us with a small flower welcoming us home. We wish we could stay longer every time we come. This property is perfect if you are wanting a relaxing getaway. It is cozy and perfect for the whole family. Thank you again for sharing with us!

This cabin was a joy to stay in. Cozy and comfortable, just right for a romantic Valentines getaway!! Everything one could need to have a good time, well stocked kitchen, games, and everything else one could need to get along without a hitch. The Adairs were quick to respond to any concerns and were very accommodating. We highly recommend booking here!

Plenty of places to sleep and well stocked with firewood, spices, condiments, toilet paper and linens. Great quiet location on edge of Pagosa Springs.

This is the third time I have stayed here, which tells you I like it. The location is great, this house is secluded in an area where everyone is on acreage so it's quiet and you aren't close to another house, yet 5-7 minutes from grocery/restaurants/walmarty. Lots of wildlife; We saw Deer and a small fox while sitting on the patio, and elk and wild turkey in the neighborhood driving around. . Kitchen is well stocked enough to cook just about anything, and there is a nice gas grill. The gate can be shut so dogs can run and play off leash, which is really nice. We never turned on the TV, but it has Roku and DVD/VHR. Everything is as described on the ads.

Description online perfectly summed the property. Far enough to enjoy the stars at night but close enough to the stores, springs and any activity. The communication with inquiries and request for extension stay was responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Privacy and dog run were great

Very nice place to stay in Pagosa. House has everything you need.

We like this enough to have stayed here twice! Comfortable beds. Well outfitted kitchen. Great deck for Morning coffee and evening relaxation. We brought our dogs, and used baby gates to block off the deck while we were outside. Secluded enough that we saw Deer, all kinds of birds, and a fox, yet still 5 minutes from the store. Nice inside family living area. Close to the grocery store and west side restaurants. Nice grill and good utensils. Overall, has everything you need, good parking, a fenced yard, horse facilities, washer/dryer, everything. Looking forward to coming back.

Loved the quiet and wildlife. We met friends at this cabin and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Rustic decor throughout this fully furnished cabin. Ample parking just outside the door. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Pagosa Springs is a ten minute drive. We had never been to Pagosa Springs and found it to be very friendly and beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again.
