Beautiful Large House On Water Just 5 Miles To TC

Perfect place for our large family. Very, very clean and well stocked and organized. Ben and Jenna were great!! Lake view beautiful. Very close TC. Just a really good experience.

The kitchen had everything you needed and more. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The deck with fire place was wonderful even on a chill night. Needs a few updates but otherwise it was perfect. They were always available to answer any questions we had. Lovely home and location!

What a beautiful home and location! The space was perfect for our ladies’ trip. The sunrise was spectacular as we sat on the deck looking over the water. This home was inviting, spacious and we couldn’t have found a better location. We enjoyed every inch of this home, the comfort of the rooms - the sauna - the view - the kitchen was well stocked as well! The hosts were quick to answer if we had any questions. Looking forward to coming back and this home will be first on our list to stay!

Right on the water with easy access to the lake for swimming. Lots of areas to find solitude within the house and many porches. Owners were quick to respond to questions we had.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and had the most wonderful weekend. The views from the house are just beautiful and communication with the host was excellent. The house was spacious and the number of bathrooms was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed over New Years weekend and had a lovely time. The house is comfortable for families with a beautiful view of the water. The location was perfect, close to the downtown, skiing, wineries, hiking.

We LOVED this house, and would like to stay again. Here is just one improvement that would make it even better: - the jets in bath tub had black soot coming out when used. They may need to be flushed out before someone stays.

Unit had not been cleaned upon our arrival but owner was quick to respond, apologetic, remedied the cleaning problem and even offered to comp our dinner at a restaurant that evening which I declined. It was a perfect venue for an extended family with small children. Took great photos of the northern lights over the bay and my 34 year old daughter and her husband took a cold plunges in the lake after using the sauna.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property and have already booked again for our trip next year. The house is well maintained, clean and the property owner had great communication. The house was perfect for our adult 3 couple weekend getaway to each have our own bed and bath, but have central areas to hangout together or on the patio. If we had kids with us, there is a great area upstairs for the kids too.

Such a beautiful stay for my sisters wedding weekend! My family (husband, 5 year old, 2 year old, and babysitter) all used the upstairs loft area as our home away and then my parents and grandparents had the downstairs. So much space for all of us and it even provided a beautiful location for the bridal party to get ready and take pictures. The views were stunning. Definitely would consider staying here again.

My family stayed here and we loved being right on the water. Beautiful to wake up to and hear the waves of the lake. It was very close to go into the town for day trips. One down side was the fruit flies in the house, we didn’t know they were an issue in the area this time of year. the owners notified us when we arrived for our stay that they were going to be in and around property. we had quite a lot in the house despite doing what we could to keep them away. The house is a bit older but overall a great space plenty of room and had everything you needed for a vacation. Owners were also quickly responsive to us when an issue came up with the water and fixed it that night.

This house was so perfect. Located right on the bay, the views were spectacular! We were in Traverse City for our daughter’s wedding. This house so so perfect for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready for the big day. The outdoor spaces were so relaxing. This house is very well appointed with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a family gathering and wonderful sunrises! Well stocked kitchen for cooking and enjoying dinners together. Would consider booking again next time visiting Traverse City.

We stayed here with our three kids (14, 12, and 9), in-laws, and my parents for a family vacation. The house provided a great launching off point for the area and easy access to downtown (even with construction). All of us enjoyed the gorgeous views and spent LOTS of time by the water. The hosts are highly responsive and were a great help in suggesting a company for kayak rentals, which we were able to have delivered right to the dock out back. The house could use some cosmetic updates but overall it is extremely comfortable and has an excellent layout. I highly recommend this one and would consider renting again.

Water heater was terrible...only 1-2 showers in a short time frame. Waterfront (beach) picture was over rated.
