Beautiful Lakefront Retreat w/ Sloping Shoreline, Community Aminities & Free Attractions

Property was amazing and just right for our family and friends!

My family of 13 people met here for a family holiday get together coming from Texas, Arkansas, and Colorado. We had a BLAST! The space was perfect with rooms set up nicely for each of our parties. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We went out some but stayed in a lot and played games and put together a puzzle. The view of the lake and outdoors was STUNNING - natural lighting was incredible with the large windows - and two gathering areas was perfect for when people wanted to do different things. We loved the large dining table where we could all fit for meals. We can't say enough about our stay and if we visit Branson again as a family, will definitely be back to Grin Inn Bear It!

Host was very kind but we felt our needs were not truly met- kind but not actually interested in our experience. We came during cold weather. We did not have corn hole, volleyball, the pool or lake. What we did have were games, movies, fireplace and family time. However, none of the tvs would work for us. And we are young enough to know how to work digital situations. ;-) We tried multiple things. When we addressed this with the host, we kept getting met with auto replies of fixes and no attempt to help OUR experience but that it would be looked at for future renters. The space was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed the big table that fit our family and the basement for the children to enjoy. The fireplaces don’t really do much for warmth and there aren’t any throw blankets to cozy up with but there is a firepit outside by the playground that we really enjoyed using. Overall, we thought this place was really lovely and we enjoyed our time but attention to some small things could’ve made it top notch.

Giving 4 stars. Unfortunately, the amenities that motivated us to choose Branson Shores over other resorts were disappointing: * The advertised water trampoline was not present at all. * The aqua floating mat was broken. * The pickleball court is not a regulation court. It is a micro-mini size that is not playable for adults. We love pickleball and were very disappointed to find an unusable court, which should be clearly advertised as such. The accommodations themselves were fantastic. The home was beautiful, very clean, and truly exceptionally well-stocked—the kitchen, in particular, was one of the best I've seen at a resort. Everything outside of the specific amenities was exactly as advertised. While everything else was great, these specific amenities are what we based our booking on, and it was very disappointing to find them either missing, broken, or unusable.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the lake and the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. We plan on going back next year.

House was great. Clean and well stocked. Staff Josh and Micky were friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable stay

Every year our family comes down to Branson to enjoy the Christmas lights. This was a great property to stay at. Lots of room and great large rooms for visiting with family and friends.

We really liked the house and the location and the view. However the HVAC vents had mold very bad as well as one of the showers. There was a glass window that was shattered from the outside that we were questioned about. So obviously maintenance and house cleaning had failed to see or report anything. They did get us moved to another house close by the next day but we had to stay in the 1st house w/o running and heat or air or ceiling fans so we wouldn't stir any mold up. It would have been nice to have been compensated for the first night...

Great location! Cabin is a great layout for our family - with kids, grands, and everyone in one place. Having multiple levels with multiple living rooms, bathrooms, and access to outdoor spaces is great for having everyone together while still having places for different groups to do their own thing. Our littles could play and watch TV downstairs while the adults visited and played games upstairs. House is conveniently located as well - quick access to Silver Dollar City as well as shopping and the strip.

Such a wonderful setting in a beautiful cove with a lovely waterfront view. Very spacious and everything you could ever want for a family gathering. The game tables were awesome. Love the decor as well. Looking forward to many more family visits and bringing the boat next time!

Grin Inn Bear It was the perfect place for our family to vacation on Table Rock Lake. The accommodations were super clean and provided plenty of room for a family of ten. The folks who manage the property were very attentive to even the smallest of needs.

Beautiful house ideal for large family get together… has all the amenities!!! Pool dock ramp and trailer storage close to house… Perfect!!! Dan who manages resort did an excellent job making sure all questions and needs were met!!! Great guy!!! We will be back!!!:). Thank you!!!
