Stayed Jun 10, 2026While our plans ended up changing quite a bit, the house was lovely and being right in the lake in a quiet part of the city was wonderful. Everything you could hope to have available to you is here, and what isn’t is communicated clearly ahead of time. While it was really hot outside, the house has AC and the lake of course offers great ways to cool off. Really great location and lovely space. I already let friends know at work that if they are thinking about a trip to Laconia, they really can’t do better than renting this house!

Stayed May 21, 2026House was clean and comfy. Check in and out was simple and seamless. Kitchen well equipped and grill on deck made it easy to cook nightly and enjoy the lake view. Hosts made sure we had everything we needed, including a last minute addition to their kitchen appliances!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Was awesome. Would absolutely stay here again.Plenty of room for 3 couples. Outdoor space was a bonus, with covered parking for motorcycles under the deck. We used the grill and the firepit.Only complaint would be only one TV, and none in the bedrooms. Place was spotless!! We had a fantastick time.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024My dad is 92 living in NH and I live in FL. I try to make every visit about spending time with him and enjoying NH. He loved this place as did my wife and I. Being on the lake meant a lot to all of us. I would highly recommend this to anyone

Stayed Sep 13, 2024I stayed at this property with some friends of mine. It was perfect: beautifully maintained and clean, great location, peaceful, and plenty of space. The owners called me personally a few days before our rental began to let me know about a plumbing issue - it turned out to be no big deal, but I so appreciated the personal touch. Highly recommend!
