Stayed Aug 23, 2025We had a great time at this property. The cottage itself has everything you need, and it is clean and spacious. The communication with Bob was also excellent. Other than a pool, the complex also has a water play area by the lake, which the kids loved.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Such a beautiful place! Bob was incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we reached out. The location was perfect, close to amenities and just a short walk to the lake. We had six people in our group, and it was the ideal spot for our stay.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024This was the 1st time that we'd booked a cabin, at the La Casa resort property in Fintry, where my wife, father, two children and I stayed for 7 nights. Overall, we were very happy with Bob's cabin, as well as all the resort's amenities, and access to beach and trails for dirt biking. Our initial impression on the first day, was spectacular. We were very satisfied with the cabin's noticeable cleanliness, and the view of Lake Okanagan. Unexpectedly, Bob had left a bottle of wine on the table, with a Thank You card, so that was extra special, (thank you, Bob!). The front patio is very large, offering ample seating for us all to enjoy the fire feature and the view of the lake, while being accompanied by nice breezes in the evenings. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean, and presented well. We brought our own boat, so we'd booked a marina slip for about $70/day, through the resort (emailed them a few weeks in advance). We brought our own dirt bikes, so we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the resort backs onto miles of extensive, fun trails for my son and I to boot around on, each day. Our two children loved their time at the pool, and the amenities on the beach (water park, etc.). The resort's grocery store and restaurants were well stocked with everything (wine, beer, etc.). The bedrooms could use better curtains to block out light, and it would've been great to have access to the garage for securing our bikes. We would certainly stay here again!

Stayed Oct 13, 2022Check in was a breeze although the gate code did not work which was frustrating for all of us. Next time we would bring more dish towels and scrubby pads as there was only one provided.

Stayed Sep 1, 2022We were 5 good friends taking a girls trip and this was fantastic! Bob was great and responded so quickly to any questions , and just made it a seamless experience! I would highly recommend for anything from a group of friends to a couple families wanting a gorgeous getaway. Everyone at the resort is also super friendly and helpful with all our questions and requests!

Stayed Aug 15, 2022We spent 6 nights at this beautiful house. The view of Lake Okanagan is spectacular, and the front deck is the perfect place to enjoy it at any time of day. The house was immaculate and well set up for a group of 8. Lots of kitchen tools for use, but plan to bring in everything you need for meals as there are no staples stocked, and the only store close by is very pricey.

Stayed Aug 3, 2022Bob's cottage was precisely as pictured and advertised. He provided us with the gate, entry door and wi-fi access codes prior to our arrival, for ease of access. The home has been well maintained and was clean upon our arrival. He left us a complementary bottle of wine from a local winery, which was very much appreciated! His communication with us was always professional and he was prompt with a response each time we had an inquiry. The views of Okanagan Lake from the lakeside deck are spectacular and were enjoyed by us daily! Our teens loved the vaulted cloud bedroom on the Upper Floor, which served as a haven for them during our visit lol. The 4 trampolines at the lake's lower level Aqua Park were also a hit! You may want to bring along water shoes, as the rocky beaches can be hard on your feet. Younger/less experienced swimmers will need to stay close to shore, as the lake drops off about 15ft out. The two heated, outdoor pools are a great alternative. The air conditioning at the cottage was a blessing, with outdoor temperatures in the high 20s/low 30s for the duration of our 10 day stay. The property itself was wonderful! The only downsides for us were the location of the resort itself (25+ minutes to/from major amenities in either direction, along poorly maintained winding roads) and the steep terrain of the hillside resort (made it difficult to walk up/down to enjoy the resort's amenities; if you can afford to splurge, we'd highly recommend a golf cart rental and will plan on using this service the next time we visit). Additional items/features we would have found useful at the cottage: - guest beach towels - sports equipment for use at the resort's amenities (ie. volleyball, mini golf putters w/balls and tennis/pickle ball rackets w/balls). We overlooked this info in the property's description and ended up having to purchase some of these for use during our stay. - additional Kitchen supplies (ie. spatulas, a whisk, cutting boards, pot holders, dish drying mat/rack and more dish towels) - a blender for smoothies/cold beverages - an extra blanket for each of the beds - garbage bags for the bathroom trash bins - access to guest storage space for beach supplies (ie. inflatables, life jackets, paddle board, pumps, etc.). We had to store these items in our vehicle and/or haul them up/down from the main living level during our stay. Our family had a great vacation and we would certainly recommend it to other families!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent property with beautiful views and spacious accommodation for 5-8 guests at a very reasonable price for the Kelowna area. Given that it is on the less travelled bank of the lake, the price is excellent and the Casa resort has many included amenities (eg. mini-golf, pool, pickle ball courts) that added to the experience. Check-in/check-out was extremely easy with good communication from property manager. Would recommend for anyone that has a larger group of 5-8 persons for a full-amenity property. The real value of this property is getting an excellent sized unit for a bigger group rather than spending for multiple hotel rooms or options that are closer to Kelowna and therefore much more expensive. The savings and value for money can easily then be used for experiences such as boat rentals, winery tours, dinners, etc.
