Beautiful Lake House with Private Beach, Large Yard - Great for Families

This was our second stay, and we had a wonderful time!

Great house and very well equipped. We had a fabulous week. We rented a pontoon one of the days and the water was too high to get from Clearwater lake to Grass lake. Check water levels before you lock in a rental.

The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed! The access to the lake was perfect. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We had an excellent time would love to stay there again.

Beautiful house and lake views. Peaceful. Owner very helpful and responsive. Easy lake access & nice dock with great fishing. No deck at house, no outdoor eating table which we missed. Lots of chairs at the lake. Lots of grass beautiful lawn. Outfitters deliver fishing kayaks & paddle boards. We can go under bridge to the other lake. Many loons! A/C doesn't cool the loft well despite the multiple fans. Loft is too bright in the morning if you are counting on it for bedroom, but hallway bunks have good window blinds. Only 1 main floor bedroom with beautiful master bath. 2 bedrooms in basement but loft area beds are numerous without privacy. Very well stocked kitchen appliances & pans. Close to groceries. Fantastic lake & basement toys. Great for extended families with kids to get together with cousins! 2 nice living rooms on main floor, couch in loft and basement area seating give plenty of private space. -Owner tracked down our son's small AirPod with cleaning crew and mailed it to us! Thank you!

This property hosted my children and grandchildren for our annual lake vacation and it met all our expectations. The owners have thought of virtually everything and have all the gear and water toys to make your stay enjoyable.

I was looking for a spot to rent for a long weekend for my family to gather and reconnect and have some lake fun. My 4 kids, spouses and 2 young grandchildren. The accommodation was just perfect. Close to the city and big enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. Our stay was made even better by the amazing additions that we found at the house! Lake floats, life jackets, tons of toys for little and grownups, and a kitchen that couldn’t have been better equipped. We all had just the best time and we hope to do it again next year.

My family and I really enjoyed your lake home. My kids and grandchildren had a blast. Fishing was awesome.

This large beautiful home made our 7 day stay with a family of 8 adults and 1 toddler very relaxing, allowing plenty of room to either spread out, or play together. The swimming area was nice, and the water toys/floats were fun to have; the amount of beach was quite minimal. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware, and all manner of cooking equipment - all in near-new condition. Quiet lake.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well appointed vacation rental. Check in process was very smooth and communication with the host was adequate. Our family loved the spacious kitchen and great room area. Be aware that there are only 3 private bedrooms, with 2 additional bedroom areas in the open loft space, which wasn't ideal for our adult family. Overall, it is a lovely home.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay here last weekend! Some of the highlights: *Everything was so clean and in great shape *Kids bunk room upstairs was perfect for our 4 kiddos *Kids LOVED fishing off the dock- so many fish caught and released throughout the weekend *We had tried to rent a boat for the weekend, but couldn't make it under the bridge due to the high water. We were a little bummed, but we just tied the lilypad to the dock and the kids enjoyed that just as much! We had brought our own life jackets, but appreciated being able to use theirs too! * The basement was also a hit! Definitely a must stay again!

We stayed at this stunning Lake House in South Haven, with a private beach on Grass Lake. Pictures are lovely, but don’t do it justice. It was so much more than we expected, and the craftsmanship - impeccable! WOW! Inside it had 15 beds, a super cute bunk area with 10 of them, (each with a cute, stuffed elephant on it) 3 living spaces, and an AMAZING Game Room with Foosball, Ping Pong, an “old school” arcade game, bean bags, and a sauna! SO much to do! It sits on a very peaceful lake, with a large yard, in a quiet neighborhood, with the beautiful sights and sounds of Loons, and non stop fishing! Those little guys were hopping on almost before the line hit the water! Ha! Lots of activities around the area as well! We went to many places they suggested in the binder. Excellent communication with hosts! I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back with the kids, and extended family! Hoping to make this a new, annual, summer tradition!!!!

The house was exactly as pictured. Nice, large, very clean and lots of extras -- ranging from soft blankets for naps on the many couches, lifejackets for all ages from little kid to adult, fishing gear, any kitchen gadget you could need, boardgames and more! Heather was very communicative and fast to response. The kids fished off the dock every day, caught dozens of fish. We brought our boat in (launched from nearby Clearwater lake) and the kids tubed and did more fishing. There is a beach but it was too weedy for our personal preference, however there's a public beach with playground and clean bathrooms less than a 10 minute drive away (Clearwater/Pleasant Regional Park.) The yard was large and perfect for playing soccer, with a fire pit for s'mores. The only issue is that our cell service and internet connection were very slow or sometimes nonexistent. It wasn't just at the house, it was experienced around the neighborhood. I recommend downloading any directions before leaving the house, we had a few instances once we left where we had no signal for miles and weren't able to get maps up and going. We had a wonderful week and I highly recommend this seller and property.
