BEAUTIFUL LAKE DESOTO TOWNHOUSE

Such an amazing polace to stay! very clean and full furnished with a great host.

We loved this location. Great fishing and loved the marina across the way playing live music in the evenings.

Ms. Tammy the property manager was so professioanl. Location is awesome too. Can't complain about anything and definitly come back.

We absolutely loved staying in this property! So much so, we want to rent the same property again in the future.

This property was pristine and so beautiful. It had everything we needed. The decor was sooo pretty! We loved the outside patio with the lake view. My husband hiked nearby and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Totally recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

Everything was perfect with this place, nice view to the lake, safe neighborhood. We saw NO negative point during our stay at all! Definitely try it again and again.

Very clean and inviting place! The beds were really comfortable! We had a great time fishing on the docks and going to the beach! We loved the property and would definitely stay again!

Property is right on the lake. There was live entertainment across the water that we enjoyed from our unit.Beds were very comfortable. There was enough seating in the living room for everyone to socialize.

This townhome is very spacious. The lake view is beautiful. Very quiet with minimal traffic. We enjoyed staying here and would stay here again if available for the dates we need.

Loved the townhouse and access to fishing and DeSoto activity center.

Very comfortable and clean. Nicely furnished. Convenient location and very quiet. Gas grill was not in very good condition, not all the burners worked. Only thing we needed and didn’t have was foil or plastic wrap to cover leftovers. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was welcoming and helpful. The location was great and the home’s layout worked well for my family.

Host was very accommodating for early check-in and late departure. Terrific view, close to walking trails and very quiet. Ideal!

The location was great, and having the end apartment was nice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and wonderful having two separate living and sleeping areas . The deck was private and seeing the lake was what we wanted . Perfect for hiking trails, they were right outside our door . When we return to the area we will rent this place again .

The kitchen setup was perfect. And the host was incredibly easy and nice to work with and would recommend this unit to friends and family.

Perfect for two couples which is what we were, but would be great for two couples with kids also! Everything was very nice, and plenty of privacy for us and our friends.

I almost felt that the manager was standing by the front to answer any of our needs. Day or night, any text was answered almost immediately. The view was great. Supplies were plentiful. While our early birds slept on the main floor, the rest of us were able to play cards and watch TV below without disturbing them. It was perfect for us.

Great Stay with Beautiful Lake ViewTammy, the property manager, was super friendly and very responsive, which made everything easy. The home itself is cozy and spacious — plenty of room to relax. The lake view is beautiful and peaceful. Just a heads-up: it’s not really a swimming lake for kids right at the house, but there are swim beaches nearby that you can drive to. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed July 2025 and it was a very nicely kept home. The fishing has a bit to be desired, but the grandkids enjoyed it. The area was pretty.

We had a great time. The house was clean and the chipmunks and squirrels were fun to watch.

We absolutely loved this home. Everything was clean and it felt so homey. The complementary coffee was an extra nice touch. We will definitely come back.

Property was just as advertised , the outside deck area and porch could have been cleaned and sliding door wouldn't lock. but overall this was a great place. The two sitting rooms was a nice touch, everybody had plenty of room.

Lovely townhome on a beautiful lake in the Quachita mountains.

The home was beautifully furnished and comfortable. My parents were thrilled to sit on the deck and watch the lake. The only bad part of the whole trip was leaving. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing time.

This home is amazing. The view is perfect and everything about the home exceeded my expectations. I also can't say enough about the property manager. Communication was excellent and it's clear she pays very close attention to every detail. Would definitely stay her again! Will always be my first choice when staying in the Village!

The house was amazing, don't get a chance to enjoy the outdoors area because of the weather.

Perfect place to stay at the lake. Great views from the lower deck. Located close to all fun outdoor activities. The house is well layed out and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Higly recommended.

This was a very nice and comfortable house to stay in during our annual stay in Hot Springs. The view from the downstairs portion of the house was very nice. Tammy responded in a very timely manner to resolve any issues that needed to be addressed. The only things that I would like to report are the following: there was NO place to hang towels in the downstairs part of the house, there was only 1 hanger in the closet downstairs, there was VERY minimal drawer space for clothes downstairs, and it was always cold downstairs. I would recommend this house, but just keep these factors in mind.

This condo was clean and had lots of comfortable beds! Was a great place to stay while visiting relatives in the village. Thanks for a comfortable place to sleep!!

Only issue was with the TV in the living room on the upper fl

I have nothing but beyond positive things to say about this listing the pictures do not do it justice. There is a ton of space and everything is completely updated in remodeled the house was clean and pristine from top to bottom and the host was so easy to get a hold up and super quick to respond, can we talk about the amazing view on the back deck? The string lights made it so relaxing in the evening to sit out there with a glass of wine my favorite part was there was a living room room bedroom and bathroom upstairs as well as downstairs so everybody had their own space to sit down and relax at the end of the night. This will be our favorite stay yet , and I think will be booking from here on out !

Great place to vacation very nice

Really enjoyed the townhouse. Great location on the water across from the Waypoint Marina (Willie Nelson tribute singer played and it was like a front row seat). My wife's only issue was the carpet looked dirty. Would stay again.

Third visit… won’t be the last. Love this home away from home.

Such a nice location! We cooked some meals in and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Grocery store is close by. We spent a day going to Hot Springs National Park and Garvin Woodland Gardens. Everything you could want! Thanks for sharing your place with us.

We have been hearing a lot about Hot Springs Village and wanted to come and check it out. We had an amazing fall break! The condo is adorable. Very spacious.. It was just my husband and I so it was way more space than we needed, but we will be back and bring friends or the family. The owners did such a great job decorating. The bed was very comfortable. This condo is conveniently located next to some nice walking trails. We were able to walk to 2 different restaurants that were on the water. One was right across the lake with a nice waterfront patio and live music on the weekends. The other was a Mexican restaurant down the walking path that also had a cute lakefront patio and great food.

I have stayed at this condo before. I find it to be comfortable, clean, well stocked and close to the location I am visiting. Excellent communication with timely responses to any questions I have. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful lakefront property. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely walking trails. Quick access to many stores and restaurants. A gem.
