This Tropical Plantation style 3300 sq. ft. house is located on Riviera Isle just off of the prestigious Las Olas Boulevard, started renting December 2012, exquisite art, high end furniture. Very peaceful, on canal, only a short walk to the beach and 2 miles to Las Olas restaurants and shops! Translucent, spacious ground floor with extensive shaded patio and outside dining space under a pergola facing canal and pool, East looking and not too hot in evenings. Upstairs, boasts a generous, Eastfacing Master Suite with huge private covered patio and large bathroom (jacuzzi/oversized shower) and walk-in closet, office space with canal view separated by sliding doors. The second upstairs bedroom contains two twin beds and a separate full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and also has its own full bathroom. Spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and high end stainless steal appliances, wine cooler, espresso machine, etc. Gas fireplace in living room, expandable mahogany table with eye-catching Swarovski chandelier in dining room.

Pool area with plenty of outside furniture and a gas grill. 46’ deep water Boat dock, which is located only 3 miles to Fort Lauderdale harbor with no fixed bridges. Pool area and dock rebuilt and dock extended end 2015.

Best location imaginable: very quiet (dead-end) street in gated community, beach only about .5 miles over the Intracoastal bridge, Las Olas downtown only about 2 miles (bicycle paths in both directions). 2 bicycles and one water kayak are available for use by guests at own responsibility.

Modern art work from Germany, Asia and Latin America in all rooms (oil, drawings, sculpture and photographs). High end furniture. Easy parking in driveway or on planted street with green middle divider. Gamin GPS for use by guests.

TV in every bedroom and living room, WiFi, landline with flat rate (except international), central Bluetooth sound system throughout every room in the house and patio areas allowing separate setting for every room and for patios.

    The house is beautiful!! The location is close to everything. The house is very well stocked with towels, and supplies to get you started for your stay. We thought the beds were extremely comfortable. Host is wonderful and takes very good care of the guests. Can’t wait to come back again! Kathleen

    The house was superb, on a great quiet street, but totally close to all of the action near the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale. The check-in process and house manager were great to deal with. We will definitely be back!

    The property manager was great and attentive to any requests. Good location and nice boat dock. Everyday supplies were stocked thoughtfully. Plenty of linens, beach towels, and really terrific bikes for riding to the beach. Would recommend!

    We traveled with three moms and three teens for the Taylor Swift concert. This home was fantastic for our trip. Bedrooms were comfortable, the house was spacious and the amenities with the pool, kayaks, water pad, etc. were awesome for our crew. Justin was super helpful in it check in process and commmunicated efficiently throughout the reservation process. Would highly recommended. This was a trip to remember!

    Can't beat this location...on Las Olas Blvd and right around the corner from the beach...all while having a private view of the water in your backyard. The property manager was easily available and extremely helpful. Would definitely go back.

    This was our second stay in this home. The home is very clean, updated, and full of amenities. We love sitting out back while our kids swim and watch boats pass. It’s a simple walk to the beach, which is never crowded! We are already planning our third stay!
