We love pets, but please keep them off the bed and furniture to avoid additional cleaning fee. Pet fee is $30/nt/pet
Primary guest is required to sign the rental agreement and provide government ID prior to check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 3.25% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per PAYMENT PROCESSER. This applies to ALL bookings.
1. Mandatory Agreement & ID
Primary guest must sign our Rental Agreement and provide a valid government ID before check-in. Managed by SMV House Rental

2. Check-in & Checkout
Hours: Check-in 4:00 PM | Checkout 10:00 AM.
Unauthorized Late Checkout: $100/hour fee applies. Stays exceeding 2 hours past checkout will be charged the full nightly rate. Early check in and Late Check out may be available for additional fee

3. Property Care & Climate
Doors & Windows: Keep all doors and windows closed to prevent the AC unit from freezing and to minimize tropical insects.
Furniture & Games: Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture or the game table. Relocation fees apply.
Linens: Use provided gray makeup remover towels to prevent staining of white bath linens.

4. Smoking & PetsSmoking:
100% smoke/vape-free indoors. $599 deep-cleaning fee for violations.

Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed with prior approval ($100 flat fee per pet). Pets must stay off furniture; unauthorized pets incur a $350 fee

5. Trash & Quiet HoursTrash:
Bagged trash only in side-yard bins. Thursday: Regular Garbage | Friday: Recycle/Bulk.Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Violations result in immediate eviction and a $300 fee.

NO REFUND POLICY
By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for:

Temporary unavailability of non-essential amenities (Wi-Fi, TV apps, smart devices etc.)
Nature-related encounters (insects, wildlife, weather)
Early departure or change of plans after check-in
Failure to read or follow house rules prior to booking

All issues must be reported immediately during the stay to allow the host the opportunity to resolve them. Refund requests submitted after checkout will not be considered.
