Beautiful Island Home with Great Amenities, Pool, Grill, located close to the Gulf Beaches

My husband and I came to Coconut Hideaway to celebrate my birthday, my retirement after 40 years with one company and July 4th! We brought our golden retriever and we had the best time!! This property has everything and is literally steps away from beach access! We love staying at Lizzie Lu Island Properties! We stayed last year in another one of their properties just a few houses down. The communication and service is really great! We rented a Gem cart from them as well and it was waiting for us when we arrived. Just a great week!! Will absolutely return!!

Perfect, convenient and safe vacation home for our family vacation. Our grandkids loved the bunk room and the pool (gated for safety and partially shaded, which kept our little ones from burning). The beach wagon made the short trip to the beach easy and fun. It was a great set up for multi-generational family fun!

A lovely home away from home with very nice amenities. Lots of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and a large cart to take it all on the short walk to the beach. The rental manager was amazingly responsive when we called about the ice-maker not making ice - within an hour we had a portable ice-maker and the management checked on the ice-maker. Worked great after that and we had lots of ice. Lots of cooking utensils but a wisk would be a good addition. I would mention that the listing states there is shampoo at the unit but it was only enough for a day or two and not enough for each bathroom and the outside shower. The floors were also not really clean. Overall, I would definitely rent from this company again.

This was our first visit to AMI and we couldn’t have picked a better house or location...everything was perfect! We would absolutely stay here or any Lizzie Lu’s rental again!

Great property - very well maintained and they've thought of every detail down to the beach chairs, umbrellas...even a Bluetooth speaker to use at the beach. Awesome location with easy beach access just steps out the front door. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding rental home! The owner included everything from beach chairs to band-aids. All you will need is groceries and clothes. Every single thing was in excellent condition and working order. Will recommend to friends visiting AMI/Holmes Beach. Simply perfect!

We loved the area and the property. The heated salt water pool was a wonderful luxury that we used each day. We rented bikes at the beginning of our trip and a gem car for the end of our trip. It was a perfect mix.

Beautiful home with gorgeous decor, kitchen covered all needs, oasis pool area, short walk to coffee and other eats and only hop-skip to the beach!
