Stayed Dec 27, 2025Beautiful house. Nice location. I would recommend. However, although heated pool was included per listing, pool was not heated upon arrival. Maintenance had to come out 3 times during the week to re-start the pool heater. Finally, maintenance showed me how to turn it on. It switched off every night, which meant we could never use the pool in the morning. Also, directions/user ID for tv and remotes would have been helpful.

Stayed Nov 24, 2025Wow! This house exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. It is well laid out, with beautiful and thoughtful decorating. The kitchen has all manner of utentils, is large and energetic with its vibrant wall coloring, and touches of that color are repeated everywhere. A tea kettle would be appreciated. Unlike the usual rental house with mostly bare walls, there is tasteful art in abundance and the beach theme is predominant. Nice pool area off master bedroom. Pillows and bedspreads are gorgeous. In keeping with the rest of the high quality furnishings, an investment in nicer sheets would be welcome and brigher LED light bulbs in lamps would brighten things at night. But overall, one of the best houses we have rented, and that includes properties around the world. We truly enjoyed staying here!

Stayed Oct 4, 2025This property is amazing. It is absolutely the best rental we have ever reserved. The location is perfect, the house is beautiful, and pool is just right. There is no detail that is missing. We are so thankful that the owners rebuilt after Ian and kept the originality with making every detail even more stunning. Found some great shells also.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022The house was absolutely beautiful and the beach themed decorations were a cute touch. Having the covered private pool was nice when we were tired of the beach. It was a short walk to the beach but you can cut through the beach resort to get to a nice section of the beach. The only down side was the dishes and utensils at the house weren’t the nicest and we had to clean them before we could use. The grill was pretty disgusting but apart from that. I would rate the house a 4/5 stars.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022We loved our stay here! This was our first time on Sanibel and the location was perfect! The walk to the beach was short and easy for us (family of 4 with 2 kids ages 8 & 10). The pool area was great and the house was spacious. The house was cleaned better than any others we've stayed in on other trips. We had a great vacation on Sanibel and would definitely recommend this home!
