Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here July 2025 and had a very nice time. The game room was perfect for the kiddos and the house had everything we needed for a nice vacation. It’s about a three minute drive to the beach and close to shopping as well as the tourist spots (Rosemary, big chill, beach bean, etc). There are plenty of beach supplies in the house and kind of regret having packed so much. Neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors were polite and courteous. Management company is also very responsive and we didn’t have any issues communicating. We would stay here again.

It’s within walking distance of all of the action at Rosemary Beach and there is an underpass so you don’t have to cross a busier road to get there. The kids (we have 4) all enjoyed the games upstairs and our 2 year old loved the dollhouse. We did bring some of her own dolls from home for the house as I figured that they would be missing some-but it had the furniture and was so big & fun for her! The neighbors who are locals were sweet and kind to our kids at the pool as well. The only thing I would change would be to add some blackout curtains to the bedrooms-our kids (except for our teen) were all up as soon as the sun came up. There is also access to a fishing pier on Powell Lake and we left our fishing poles & gear for others to use too. We would stay here again for sure!

This house is perfect for a family!! Lots of space and we loved the game room!! It was a great location!!Just a bike ride to the beach and all the little towns. We loved everything about it!!

This home was perfect for our needs.We chose this property for its very reasonable price, considering the size of the property. The game room on the second floor was a bonus. Overall we were very satisfied with the house. The location/neighborhood was not too far from 30A and Rosemary. Having direct access to both 30A and 98 was great. Crossing 98 wasn't ideal, but considering beach access was just down the street made it worth it. Would definitely book this property again.

We had multiple areas that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. We also had issues with the water in the showers. It had a terrible rotten egg smell any time we turned the showers on.

À perfect house for vacation in Family

Great location. Close to 30A with all the shopping and restaurants. Beach access very close. The unit was very clean and just as advertised. Game room was nice but really didn’t get much use. We rented a larger house because we were expecting to have some overnight guests for a couple of nights but that didn’t happen. The kitchen didn’t get much use but it it seemed to have everything you would need. The only negative thing that I would say is that the front porch rails need to be painted. That was the very first thing that I noticed and it lowered my expectations of what the inside was going to be like. Fortunately everything was fine. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would recommend this unit.
