Welcome to Bandera House! Located in super desirable (and fun!) Proctor District, where Restaurants, GOOD coffee, Proctor Farmer's Market, and Grocery Stores are just a 5-10 min. walk away. Bandera House has been fully updated with all new appliances, ductless mini split with A/C, and smart televisions in each room to make sure you feel welcome and have everything you need. We are local and want to do everything we can to make sure you have a great stay here in our favorite city, Tacoma!

Stayed Aug 20, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this house. From the cute front porch rocking chairs to the convenient location to restaurants and activities, it was perfect for our visit. The home is clean, kitchen well equipped for everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed Mar 2, 2025So close to all the shops and restaurants in Proctor. The beds were comfortable and we lacked nothing. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time we are in the PNW.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025Overall, the house was clean and well stocked. The location was good, close walking distance to Procter. Check-in and check-out were simple. We were very pleased with the rental; it served us well for our visit.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025This place was great. The location to necessities is excellent, lots of places within walking distance. The house is equipped with most of the basics there were a few maintenance issues that we sent to the manager. Overall would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024My boyfriend and I enjoyed the 2 br home. The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked for cooking. The outdoor space is also beautiful with a patio and chairs overlooking the grass and trees. There was plenty of street parking and the entrance was well lit. We enjoyed visiting Tacoma and would stay again.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We had a lovely stay last week while my daughter was touring UPS. The house was spotless and the location was perfect…close to the cafes and restaurants on Proctor. And the mattress was easily the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on in a vrbo or hotel! We will happily stay here again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024This house was clean and cute inside. Well appointed with all things needed for laundry, sleeping & kitchen items. Very centrally located. My kids enjoyed being close to the many parks that are close by. Would definitely book again.
