Beautiful house with private pool, hot tub, central AC, & washer/dryer

A wonderful beach house today I would be happy to recommend to anyone I know! Movie theater was an especially lovely surprise.

Overall great house, very roomy with decent beds. Loved the pool, was clean and mostly in the sun all day. Hot Tub was good although could be cleaner, was not so bad after they came and cleaned it that week. The WiFi was horrible in a lot of places through the house, especially upstairs so we could not watch TV in living room or theater room. Cable was half out and TV broken when we got there. Guy came out first day and replaced TV , Spectrum came out a few days later to fix cable, although due to wifi we could not watch in those couple of places . The oven was really dirty and smoked every time we used it. The kitchen equipment could use a huge upgrade, better pots and pans and cooking for larger groups. Had to piece together coffee pots. Be prepared to provide everything as there was minimal trash bags, dish soap and paper towels. There was one dish towel available. Overall was nice and enjoyed the stay despite the few inconveniences.

The house was clean and very beautiful. It had everything we needed and we had quick response when we did have a few issues. The walk to the beach was a lot further than it seemed to be in the pictures. We also brought our own bath towels because each room only got two.

Quiet neighborhood, elevator is very nice for elderly or handicapped people, not far to the beach and nice kitchen with refrigerator and sink on second floor.

Had a great time there for our moms birthday house is huge we loved it only thing is hot tub didn’t work very well

The house is wonderful in size, the water was cold the whole time we was there due to hot water heater not working. We lost power one night and never heard anything from anyone to let us know why, there was no flashlights or anything there for light. Long walk to the beach over thick sand. Long ways from town. But the house is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there

This house was beautiful, great location, spacious. Only downfalls- you could tell the cleaning is not thorough each time, but nothing running to DG for Clorox wipes and a dust pan couldn’t fix, hot tub was gross- we found out it was probably a dead frog, totally out of anyone’s control and this is a very large house but hardly any towels so make sure you bring your own hot pads, beach towels and even extra bath towels. Otherwise this was beyond a beautiful property. A 5 min walk to the beach which was huge! You could never have to leave the house if you grab groceries on the way down because it has all other amenities for cooking! The elevator was a huge plus to get luggage and groceries to the 4th floor! We had 12 of us- 6 kids and 6 adults and everyone had more than enough space. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Very Nice house, as far as we traveled, it needs to be earlier check-in. during the winter months, but, overall my family enjoyed it

We were there during off season and it was very relaxing. Zero spices provided and couldn’t find lids to specific pots and pans. Overall experience was good.

We loved the amenities. Plenty of space for multiple activities. Pool area was great and the bar, game room and theatre was a win. The WiFi was terrible. Not sure what was going on with that. The 5pm checkin is not ideal. 3pm is more in line with other homes that we rented. Overall a nice house in a nice location.
