Beautiful house with pool and hot tub!

We really loved the house and pool and the host was extremely great to work with. We were a little disappointed with the house not being as clean as you’d hope for. If that small adjustment was made we would absolutely stay here every time we go to mesquite!

The house was perfect for our group of 8 ladies! It was super hot outside so the pool was very warm as well but felt amazing at night. The waterfall was a great addition to the ambience. Plenty of chairs and loungers out back. Kitchen was very well equipped and house had plenty of towels for showers and the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy home: host was awesome. Pool was our favorite part, kids enjoyed the waterslide and the cool waterfall.

Once we figured out the hot tub it was hot enough. The pool was refreshing although the slide seemed to be inoperable. Rooms were clean, although it was a stretch to advertise as sleeping 12, especially with only 2 bathrooms. For adult males on a golf trip, each member wanted a room, so in our case it realistically slept 3 although one did sleep on the living room sofa. I realize it had 3 roll away beds in the garage, but the two mattresses in the closets were not realistic for an adult sleeping option. We enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was quiet, and the central air allowed for comfort and relaxation after a day out in the hot sun.

It was a great lunch cation! Had everything we needed! Loved the pool and hot tub!

The outdoor sink clogged, that was the only issue we had.

House was a little dated, but clean and appropriate for rate. Overall, it was a good experience.

Hot tub could have been a little warmer if I had to complain about something. Other than that the place was perfect and we really couldn’t beat the location. It was less than 10 min to everything we did. We didn’t touch the pool, too cold

Loved all the extra towels, sheets and beds. Felt warm and cozy!! Definitely would come back if we make it down next year.

What a wonderful home!The covered porch is an enjoyable place to enjoy the day and not be in the direct sunshine. Coming from Alaska it’s really nice to get to enjoy a hot tub at night and not be freezing when you get out. The air temps here are a real treat!The back yard is fun with golf (with clubs and balls supplied) and the huge pool. The landscaping makes the back feel very private. Beautiful huge kitchen and open living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Roomy and clean bedrooms, each with its own TV! The master bathroom includes a huge tub perfect for soaking after a day trip to Zion.Mr. Rounds was very responsive and helpful with any questions. I look forward to staying here again!

The house was very nice and the back yard was a ton of fun ... nice pool, nice hot tub, and the 4-hole putting green was a nice touch, specially for us golfers.

The stay was amazing! Had plenty of towels for guests, awesome back yard with pool an accessories. Felt very safe and comfortable here. Would highly recommend.

The property was nice and comfortable for our family of 6. It had all the amenities we needed and we had a great time. Owner was easy to contact and great to work with.

Great spot to stay for golf vacation

This place was so dirty. It needs a big clean up. The smell was horrible. Home needs a deep clean bad. The whole smelled and drains smelled. Would never stay at this home again. It need allot of repairs. The outside was dirty and falling apart in the backyard. The owner was nice but didn’t do anything about it. Don’t waste your money staying here. Then when I emailed the property manager about it he actually asked up to take out the trash can. never staying at this property or any property owned by this property manager,

We had a great stay in this house. There is plenty of space, and it is very comfortable. A lot of fun!

House was in a great location for golf

This was are second stay at this property. Very clean house. Super quiet neighborhood. The most comfortable beds. Super close to the casinos. Super easy to communicate with the host. Love the big pool and the slide and hot tub. Will definitely stay here again
