There are three decks. Each deck is furnished. On the one deck, you can find an amazing Webber BBQ. The other deck has an outdoor couch and umbrella. The final deck is closest to the water and has some chairs for a great view.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024The view was terrific and the closeness to the bridge to the beach was great. Parking for one day $40 is a bit high but guess that is the going rate. I wish the listing showed they had beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to transport them. Hot tub and grill worked perfectly. The evening before we arrived I still did not have the check in info which was a bit worrisome but after that the owner was very responsive. The bay water at low tide affords a beach right in front of the property but at high tide you would have to step into the water (not too deep). Use of kayaks and paddleboards was a plus.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024This lovely spacious home has a beautiful view of Shinnecock Bay. The house is very convenient to the beaches, a variety of restaurants, and shopping in Southampton and Westhampton. The communication with our property manager was exceptional. The house was very clean and had many special welcoming touches. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to return.
