Thank you for considering our home as your get away stay. Our newer home is located in a perfect quiet setting and friendly neighborhood. We appreciate the short distance walk to the beach; its about 4 houses away to the beach.

Stayed Nov 21, 2023in Seaside for Thanksgiving holiday. This house worked great. Loved the location on the north end - quite and less busy but very close to the beach and town. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of having 2 downstairs and 1 up worked well for our family. Bryon is a great host and was easy to work with and quick to respond. Because it was November, we weren't able to use many of the amenities (kayaks, bikes) but it's awesome that Bryon makes them available. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2023I would recommend this property. Having ceiling fans in all rooms was wonderful. It was very well stocked with kitchen items, bathroom soaps, shampoos, towels, etc. The washer and dryer were a plus and came in handy. The outdoor grill was convenient and all the toys in the garage were there for our use. We only used the crab pot and it was fun to catch crabs at the nearby bridge.

Stayed Aug 5, 2022This is our second stay here. I’d give it a 4.5 if possible. Bryon is great at readying the place and has fully stocked it with most household items you’ll need. There are also many things in the garage to borrow for the beach! Bryon was very responsive to our questions. Spacious home needs a little TLC, and has little yard if you have kids, but is great for our needs, as it’s just a short walk to the beach, or a park as well. The beach here requires a bit of a walk through reeds/grass but is a treasure since it’s pretty isolated and flat. Perfect for privacy. We’d stay here again & so should you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We rent a house in Seaside every year and this was definitely our top experience. Easy check in, clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Short and easy walk to the beach.

Stayed Aug 4, 2021Easy to rent, easy to locate and access. Great amenities with a ton of toys, and various beachy type things to use for kids and adults. Property has a minimal yard but lots of great space inside for our family of 5. Not the best cleaning done with some old stale odors and lots of gravel noise after dark from cars. Owner super responsive and lots of movies and games. Perfect for us! Recommend it!

Stayed Jul 17, 2021This house worked perfectly for us. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had a two car garage for storing beach items. The deck was a delight. We ate many of our meals out there and it was spacious and protected so our 2-1/2 year old could freely run around on it. The kitchen works really well -- love the gas stove. And there were plenty of supplies. It's just a block from a beautiful, unpopulated area of the beach. We loved it all.
