The Condominium has ample structure and 24 hour security, as well as a soccer field, court, bar, playground and large green area.
Distant 4 km from Guarajuba and 15 km from Praia da Forte.
The house has four bedrooms, three located on the first floor and one on the ground floor, all rooms are suites, have air conditioning, ceiling fan and bed linen.
Bedroom 1: 2 double beds;
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a balcony;
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a balcony;
Bedroom 4 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 2 single bed and balcony.
I rent only the whole space.
The house is in a gated community, close to the beach, great for spending weekends or season with family or friends.
At check in the house is delivered clean and tidy, at check out we expect it to be returned under the same conditions, if the guest does not do so, a cleaning fee of R $ 150.00 will be charged.
An amount will be charged for water and electricity corresponding to the guests' consumption, calculated during their arrival and departure.
